EASY LOGISTICS .
The vast office on the ground floor was an artistic space clearly revealing the interest of the Man. We were received by a beautiful young woman in her 20s to a door on the left. As we entered, she took her leave, closing the door behind.
A tall silhouette in a dark navy suit near the window turned around and walked towards us revealing his face.
The slick-smooth black hair ,the dark brows and black shiny eyes with beautiful lashes gleamed. The sharp nose was too much to resist.
'Have your seat, ' his husky voice disrupted my thoughts, making me find those lips that uttered them. Before I could see , he moved towards his table and our legs prodded to his side involuntarily.
Such a magnetic influence, the cold environment emitted a dominating energy. We sat up on the chairs opposite and my eyes wandered to find those lips and my eyes stopped below his nose, my throat dried at the sight of his soft pink lips spouting the words, "I would like to know the honest opinion and the reason for your sudden approach for the collaboration."
The deep tone sent a piercing through my heart, 'Wow…..You have the most sexiest voice. Do you know that?' I uttered aloud unknowingly.
"What?" his shiny eyes widened at me and he cleared his throat.
My wandering sinful eyes roamed over his neck, mesmerized by the Adam's apple that moved as he gulped, by the sudden awkwardness I created.
'I think we are here to discuss business! ' he stiffened.
"Yes…but the beautiful vie..w.yo…u are making it difficult for me to focus on the business talk, but your sensual eyes, lips and a damn gorgeous face, not to mention the heart breaking husky magnetic voice of yours!" I drooled.
'Ash….' Nate nudged me with his elbow.
"Hm….Mhm…." I cleared my throat, "Yes, about the business. Are you single?" I shut my mouth with my hands, eyes widened at the blabbering. I've really lost my self-control at the sight of this specimen of gorgeousness.
He froze , with his eyes wide open in astonishment.
'I ... I'm so sorry…I... It's been a while, I mean You're so alluring and irresistible ! Oops…' I pressed my lips trying not to open.
Nathan talked with his eyes fuming in disappointment.
I fluttered my eyes like an innocent one, who did nothing.
"Maybe ...We should end this meeting!" He composed himself and looked at us.
"Nooo…..I can't ruin this….You're the best in the industry and we would like to collaborate with you for our new clothing brand!" I said in a persuasive tone.
'And why do you think that I would agree to this?'
"As I said, Easy Logistics has its branches all over the world and we would like to reach every corner of the world. We have similar motives, a brand that provides quality and can be afforded by anyone. We together can create a remarkable glory!"
"Um…I like the way you put it. Let me check the papers and call you! " he nodded as if agreeing to the collaboration.
'Thank you! That's so sweet of you !' I batted my eyes.
" You're the polar opposite of what I've heard about you, Miss Ashley ."
' Damn….Don't I look good? ' I touched my face and pouted.
'Pfff…..Hahaha…' he chuckled, " You're humorous! " He shook his head giggling.
' Damn your giggle! ' I propped my elbows at the table, my hands holding my face, I gawked at him.
"I'm sorry Mr.Kai, we will take our leave and sorry for her strange behaviour. Miss Ash isn't usually like this. We will be waiting for your call! "
I shook her and lifted her from the chair.
She turned to him, gestured him to call her as I pulled her out of the room.
"Are you crazy?"
'Do I look like one? ' my face sterned.
"What were you thinking ?"
'Nothing…'
"Your behavior can cost us our new project. Do you know that?"
'Come on, Nate. Just go with the flow!'
"Whatever. I don't care about your theories or anything.Tell me things beforehand! " he frowned while walking out of the building.
We both got into our car and drove back.
"Do you like him? " Nate broke our silent drive.
'Eh?'
"Kai…Are you interested in him?"
'Nate…he is such a god-like human, how come I didn't know about him? ' I turned to him.
His stare blank, face emotionless, "Now you know! " He turned away from me to look outside the window.
I giggled at the thought of Kai and waited eagerly for the time to flee, so that I could find a way to be with him.
