Inside the private chamber of Whitebeard's Bar, Lucian stood alongside Whitebeard, bearing with him the products recently acquired from Thomas.
"Whitebeard, brace yourself," he announced, setting the stage for the unveiling.
Eyes widened with intrigue, Whitebeard awaited the revelation. Lucian deftly produced a set of poker cards, their rules, and a novel ballpoint pen, placing them before him.
The Appraiser in Whitebeard came alive. He seized the ballpoint pen, studying it from every angle before turning his attention to the cards. With deft fingers, he scrutinized each one, recognizing their similarity to standard gambling cards, save for the inclusion of the wildcard, the Jester.
He lifted the Jester inquisitively, asking, "What is this?"
Lucian, throat still bearing the rasp of recent illness, explained, "Well, the Jester, of course. He's a wildcard, capable of replacing any card in play."
