There was a loud bang in the neighbourhood, everyone knew what it was but now they have even given up trying to save the poor boy. The neighbourhood was going crazy as they always heard screaming and bangs from one house on the corner of the road, everyone in the that area knew it was a toxic family.
The family consisted of the father, mother and a child. The child was named Christian, the mother Josephine did not like the child a bit as he was he "not planned", the father Zhang was an alcoholic and he also did not like Christian not because he was unplanned but because he came out as a he and not a she. He wanted a daughter to take care of him, behave and listen to him without any question. He was a prejudiced man.
But, Christian was liked by everyone in the neighbourhood and his school, except his bullies. Well, bullies always target the "weak". Christian was a soft-spoken person, always helped anyone in need and he was what his father wanted in his daughter, he listened to almost everyone without a question.
That night, he father had came drunk again and was physically assaulting his mother, while he was hiding and bang he mother hit her head on the table, that was the noise the neighbourhood heard at the start.
Christian saw, he ran out of the house looking for help. Luckily, he saw his neighbours and tells hem to call the ambulance and the police, his father had hit her and she banged her on the table and bleeding endlessly. If it continues she might not make it.
The neighbours got scared and calls 911 at that very instant, the police arrives a little after the ambulances. They saw Josephine being carried on a stretcher covered with white cloth. They understood she was dead.The father was arrested at that very instant after listening to Christian and the neighbours, Christian was sent to foster care.
The next day, Christian went to school and he saw people looking at him with eyes filled with pity, he hated when people looked at him with pity. He talked to the teachers about the incident from yesterday and then his bullies walk in the class. While, the teacher leaves for her class.
