Chapter 117 - 117. 3rd Ring.

I browsed through the Dark Devilgod Tiger's abilities, searching for something useful. Then, I remembered something from the original series.

"When Tang San killed the Dark Devilgod Tiger, its core tore through space and reached the world of Heavenly Jewel Change. Does that ability exist?"

In response, the list of abilities shifted. A gray and silver spirit ring materialized before me, radiating an eerie, fluctuating energy.

Spacetime Warp – The ability to tear through time and space. Can be used for instantaneous teleportation, time travel, and interdimensional travel. Effectiveness depends on the user's power and mastery of Spacetime itself.

Yep, that was the one.

While I already had teleportation via Apparition and access to time travel through Time-Turners, it never hurt to have backups—especially ones that weren't tied to wands or artifacts.

As I absorbed the ring, a shimmering, unstable distortion formed behind me. Spacetime energy surged through my body, and knowledge of the ability flooded my mind.

For now, my control was limited to basic teleportation—essentially an innate version of Apparition. I had plenty of experience with that, so using it wouldn't be an issue.

However, time travel and dimensional traversal were beyond my current reach. Mastering them would require understanding the fundamental principles of Spacetime and strengthening my spirit power to withstand the strain.

Well, I had all the time in the world to figure that out.

Standing up, I stretched my body, rolling my shoulders.

"Might as well finish up."

With that, I bid Ah Yin farewell and exited the inner world.

The moment I reappeared in the room, several sets of eyes locked onto me.

"Everything went well. I even had some unexpected gains." A smile crept onto my face.

Yue narrowed her eyes. "You know, we really wish you'd take one of us with you when testing things."

I scratched my cheek. "Alright, next time, I'll take you all with me so you can watch."

"Good," Rachel said simply, closing her book.

They were all waiting for details, so I filled them in. Apart from Hermione and Luna, the others had the potential to condense a spirit ring themselves.

"Would you all like to try?"

The response was immediate. Everyone agreed enthusiastically, with Hermione and Luna wanting to come along just to watch. I made a mental note to keep them well away from the Ice and Fire Well, as it was deadly to normal humans—and even some cultivators.

With everyone grabbing onto me, I transported us into the inner world.

The four girls sat down and summoned their martial spirits.

It was a fascinating sight.

Serenity's lower body morphed into a sleek, black snake tail, making her resemble a lamia. Honestly, she looked incredible.

Rachel's form darkened, her body becoming shadow-like as her glowing red eyes intensified. Her arms shifted into bone-like scythes, razor-sharp and menacing.

Yue sprouted red, leathery bat wings, her nails sharpened into claws, and her teeth lengthened into fangs.

Fleur, on the other hand, transformed into a seductive harpy, her Veela blood fully asserting itself. Her wings were elegant, yet predatory.

Soon, spirit rings began forming behind them. They started white, then gradually turned yellow. A few moments later, the yellow deepened into purple—the thousand-year threshold.

I watched them carefully. The maximum safe age for a first spirit ring was around 400 years. The second capped at 700 years. Yet here they were, pushing past 1,000 years on their first rings.

A feat like this would definitely attract a lot of attention in the Douluo Dalu world. People would either want to recruit us—or tear us apart to uncover our secrets.

After several minutes, they finally stabilized, each with deep purple rings. Some were darker than others, a testament to their individual strength.

"So, what did you all get?" Hermione blurted out excitedly.

Yue smiled, her spirit ring flashing. A thick, red liquid oozed from her fingertips, twisting and shifting in midair.

"Blood Control," she said. "I can manipulate my blood into weapons and constructs. If my enemy is weak enough…" she paused, smirking, "…I can control their blood too."

Damn. That was a strong start.

Next, we turned to Rachel. She activated her ring, and her body split—a perfect duplicate stepping beside her.

"Shadow Clones," she said. "Each clone has 10% of my power, and there's no hard limit on how many I can make. The only restriction is how much spirit energy I have to fuel them."

I grinned. "Aww yeah, great minds think alike. I got a clone ability too."

"Hmph. I'll get blood clones for my next spirit ring," Yue pouted.

Serenity was next. Her ring flashed, and suddenly, small black serpents slithered into existence.

"These are Black Phosphorus Serpents," she explained. "I can summon ten at a time. They're excellent for scouting and assassinations, and their venom is extremely lethal. They can also blend into shadows."

Yep. That was perfect for an assassin.

Finally, all eyes turned to Fleur. She smiled seductively as her ring glowed.

A faint pink mist spread around her.

Instantly, a deep heat surged through my body. My heart pounded, my breathing quickened, and an unmistakable arousal took hold.

Even the other girls weren't immune—I saw their faces flush red, their bodies stiffening slightly.

"I can release a pheromone-based aphrodisiac," Fleur purred, her voice dripping with sensuality. "It also boosts stamina and enhances sensitivity…"

Then, she let out a sultry moan.

My blood boiled.

Yeah… this was definitely going to be a problem.
