Jordan cocked three arrows into her bow and shot at the three oncoming warriors.
Jay was at her back shooting down the werewolf men with his gun, whooping in excitement. Jordan was suddenly was suddenly tackled to the ground. Her bow flew from her hand and she landed on her back.
She glowered up at her attacker.
Jay cried out, and Jordan gasped when he fell to his knees. They weren't going to last much longer. They were out numbered, vastly.
Jordan gritted her teeth and pulled out a small knife, slicing the man in the neck. He fell back sputtering in surprise and Jordan took her chance and scrambled to her feet.
She grabbed Jay and held him close, looking between the wolfmen and the warriors they were going t die.
Two metal balls rolled out of nowhere and Jordan grabbed her bow and scrambled back before red smoke started coming out.
Someone grabbed her and Jay pulling them out of the way. Jordan looked over her shoulder and was Elias standing behind them, his gaze dropped down to Jay's leg and he grimaced.
"What were those things?" Jordan rasped.
Elias reached into his pocket. "Poison gas. Here." He handed them a mask then popped two seeds in Jay's mouth. "You have to pull it out for it to heal."
Jay gritted his teeth. "Be fast." he slipped the mask over his face.
Jordan grabbed the weapon's hilt and yanked it out, ignoring the squelching sound. Jay's scream was muffled as he fell onto his back.
"Jay! Are you alright?"
Elias glanced over his shoulder. "Do you want me to-"
"No. I'll carry him." Jordan threw her bow on her back and scooped Jay up. "he needs to go to the bunker."
Elias gave a nod. "Follow me."
...
Allen didn't have a problem with fighting two people at once, especially if one of them was blind with rage.
"I'm going to kill you!" Christina roared. "Traitor!!"
Allen dodged her weapons and effortlessly blocked Yuri's, who was getting more and more frustrated.
Allen ducked under Yuri's next swing and knocked Christina off her feet, her blades went flying and she landed on her back. In a flash, he had both of his swords held at their necks.
Christina's nostrils flared. "Why are you doing this?"
"Revenge," Allen growled. He turned a dark look on Yuri. "Did you know who your mother was?"
"Yuri frowned, as though he were wondering how this was important. "No. My father said she passed a year after I was born, why?"
"Because your mother was my sister. And my parents gave her away to be tortured." Allen bit his lip. "I want to kill you both, but I can't."
Christina laughs. "Why not?"
"Because I see her in both of you." Allen sheathed his swords, and Christina's glum expression fell.
"What?"
Allen sighed. "Christina, your father killed your mother when she couldn't give birth, so Alpha, hearing of Blade's troubles, sent you."
Yuri's eyes widen. "So you were the half-sibling my- Alpha mentioned?"
"B-But why?" Christina stuttered. "All this time I-"
"And Blade planned to send you back once you turned eighteen." Allen helped Christina to her feet. "Both of your parents are monsters, now of you want to finish the mission they sent you here for," Allen spread his arms. "Have at it."
Christina shook her head. "No, Al."
"Same here. I'm not going to kill you." Yuri clasped a hand on his shoulder. "We're going to help you."
