Starlet was holding a two-year-old toddler in her arms. Lucien was right beside her trying to coax their little girl to come into his arms. Little Aurora was not having it. She shook her dark little head and buried it in her mother's neck. Octavia chuckled and told her oldest brother that he wasn't charming enough and that the child had better tastes than her mother.
"It's nothing to do with Lucien but everything to do with my charm," Star defended.
"Oh, how humble you are," Charlotte who was heavily pregnant said rolling her eyes and hobbling along with the group.
They were all coming back from Aurora's second birthday. They had decided to host it on the little island where the child was conceived. The party had been mostly family. Aurora's grandparents had taken the first helicopter back. Aurora had been let to play until she was tired and then she had gone on the next helicopter with her aunt Vivie, her parents, Charlotte and Richard.
