"Whoosh."
The cold wind was harsh, and snowflakes fluttered in the air.
Once again, it was a chilling winter. The earth was wrapped in a thick layer of silver frost. Mountains and rivers stretched as far as the eye could see, forests spanned thousands of miles, everywhere was a world of pink and jade.
Normally active wild Fond Spirits, were now hidden away.
They hid underground, deep in the marshes, patiently awaiting the arrival of spring next year.
"Caw! Caw caw!"
Snowflakes the size of palms danced like butterflies, swiftly submerging the low shrubs.
A pink blur was sweeping through the snow, sometimes diving, sometimes circling, seemingly free and relaxed.
"Roar!"
Another huge bird with wings spanning ten meters flew into the sky.
It had the head of a wolf and the wings of a sparrow. With only a low growl, the frozen stream cracked and broke, surprisingly unable to withstand the power of its roar.
"Da da...da da..."
