If he had to choose one of the two.
Kamiyagawa would consider the latter first.
"The Medicine Seller told me to take good care of the Candle-making Monk from Inunaki Pass when he helped me replenish my Thunder Method. Bringing the green-skinned little monk into a safe base camp would fulfill the Medicine Seller's request."
