Kamiya had been staring blankly at the sea surface, but upon hearing Yuuki Masamune speak, he snapped back to reality, "Um, Uncle Yuuki, about what I mentioned on the phone earlier..."

Yuuki Masamune lit up a cigarette and then pulled a small iron box out of the bag beside him and handed it over.
Kamiya raised an eyebrow in slight surprise, then took the box without fuss.
Upon opening it, inside was a small clump of black shadow, seemingly incorporeal, just a strange mass of shadow.
Its shape and outline vaguely resembled a human figure.
After Kamiya touched the iron box, his phone in his pocket vibrated, but he didn't take it out to check.
