Sarah's POV
There was a pause on the other end of the line, followed by a sharp intake of breath. "What do you need?" the voice asked, tinged with a hint of suspicion.
"I need you to do something for me," I said, my words coming out in a rush. "I need you to kidnap Justin."
There was a stunned silence on the other end of the line, broken only by the sound of my own ragged breathing. But before the voice could respond, I pressed on, my desperation mounting with each passing moment.
"I'll explain everything later," I said, my voice trembling with urgency. "Just make sure Justin disappears before the party starts. Do whatever it takes to keep him away."
As I hung up the phone, a sense of sickening satisfaction washed over me, mingled with the nauseating realization of what I had just done. But it was too late to turn back now. I had set the wheels of my plan in motion, and there was no going back.
