Sophia's POV
I knocked at Grandma's door.
"Who's there? Please come in," Grandma said.
I opened the door and walked in.
"Grandma, I have something to tell you," I said, looking sad. I was pissed at myself for almost letting Catherine deceive me. How could I be that dumb?
"Please sit down, dear," Grandma said, gesturing her statement. "What is it you want to tell me?"
"It's about the other day," I said as I sat down. "I am truly sorry for how I spoke. I'm sorry for doubting you. You have been the best Grandma anyone could have asked for. I shouldn't have spoken to you in such a way."
"Oh dear Sophia, that's in the past," Grandma said, taking hold of her hand. "I forgot about it as soon as possible. I didn't take any offense at all because I know you would never do anything to hurt me."
"Thank you Grandma," I said, smiling. I had to still tell her about my conversation with Auntie Catherine.
