Sheng Xian looked into her eyes, "Want to join me for some late-night snacks?"
Lu Jingyan remained stunned for a few more seconds before coming to her senses, "Sure."
Without much thought, Lu Jingyan blurted out, "I wouldn't just join you for a late-night snack, I'd be up for eating you."

Sheng Xian, who was bending over to get into the car, stopped in his tracks.
Lu Jingyan bit her lip, realizing she had said too much.
Fearing that Sheng Xian would change his mind, she quickly grabbed the sleeve of his jacket, "Just joking, just joking."
Sheng Xian glanced at her from the corner of his eye.
