Ok. Back to the story. Can't really walk right now anyways
After pulling Ruby from the pool I layed on the ground. Everything hurt. After a bit I got up and looked around. Whoever owned this house enjoyed their sex life. So I may have helped myself to their supplies. Not like they needed it
In my search I found a cart for yard work. Not the most elegant travel method. But it was sufficient. I managed to move Ruby into it. I don't know if it was because of my broken arm or because she was a dragon but I had difficulty getting her in.
After getting Ruby into the cart I used my good arm to pull the cart with her to my house a few blocks away. After a while I managed to get her into my bed. But she wasn't awake yet.
The effects of my 'rescue' could be felt as i went to reach for my first aid kit i found myself falling and only had time to mutter "fuck!" As I hit the ground unconscious my adrenaline running out as the effects of everything hits at once
