"I had enough," Yinlan said while falling to the ground helplessly. She got another bruise on her head. The pain is not something new to her, which is why the injury to her head is not bothering her at all. Why would she need to react to the small bruise when her whole body is covered with an untended wound?
She doesn't even recall how long she had been imprisoned in the gloomy abyss.
The rotten smell of the dead body was everywhere, and it even filled the nose of Yinlan, but she didn't wish to see the source of the smell because the smell is not temporary, which she could ward off if she found the source. Falling unconscious and waking up again to that smell has become part of her life.
