"It's better she leaves. I can't take her in, and still have her defile my Pack with her bastard's blood."
I said, knowing now, Ne was nowhere around Lukia-Nelis.
Ericca.
But if Ericca had her pregnant, why wouldn't she not be at his home?
Although I never liked Ne, deep inside of me, I still wanted to know her whereabouts.
But she's pregnant.
How can Netula think of running away, instead of meeting me as her Luna, so we could have her mated immediately?
Was Ericca the one? Did the poor girl see someone else?
No.
Several thoughts crossed my mind.
But No.
I have never seen Ne with any wolf around Lukia-Nelis.
Could it be the wolf is from another Pack and Ne had gone to see him there?
Several thoughts ran across my mind again.
I was scared. Netula would reveal all I have been making her go through.
Maybe, she thought I wouldn't let her and her child live.
But Yes, No one bears a child anywhere, other than with their fated mate.
Ne should know this too.
"Could it be Francisca told Ne to run away with what she's carrying?" I growled.
But No.
Francisca should have no business with what is going on in her client's life. She is only a doctor.
She should stay within her lane.
But why am I even bothered about Ne? She was never mine.
While the Moon goddess denied me just a single child to prove myself a woman to Luinga and the entire Lukia-Nelis, he gave others to dump by the roadside.
"Luna Tria, someone is here to see you."
The Pack's messenger said, and I began wondering who it could be. It was only 6 am.
"Let him in."
But why didn't this foolish Omega tell me it was Louis, our Pack's Beta?
"Good morning Luna Tria. I came to find out something from you."
But why won't Louis just leave us be? I knew it was a thing regarding Ne. Why didn't he just secretly keep her, if he knew he would always have us disturbed?
"I came to find out if really, you and Alpha Luinga had no idea about the poor girl's whereabouts."
"D..Do.. I look like a wolf-eater?
Did Netula ever tell you I made attempts to swallow her?
Ohh,, I see you care about her more than I do." I growled, not even knowing when.
"It's so unusual a wolf disappears from this Pack. Not even a wolf like Netula. You and I know she's still unmated. She's still seventeen. There's nowhere she could go to."
I began wondering how to start telling Louis his "seventeen-year-old princess" is already big enough to accommodate a man between her legs.
Not even Alpha Luinga knew Ne was pregnant, I thought.
I wanted it to be just me being in the know, as I never needed so much concerns.

Francisca must not disclose that to anyone. She is only a doctor.
I had known the pregnancy had made Netula leave the Packhouse. But at least, she should let me know where she was headed to.
"Beta Louis, I do not know where Ne has gone to. Take me to my grandmother's grave, and I will take an oath."
I said, feeling like I should be given Beta Louis' head to chop off at that time, or that he had told me I took Ne away.
If I had known he had come to make an unnecessary inquiry, I wouldn't have let him in.
I watched as Beta Louis left, wondering why he cared about Ne so much. A girl he didn't even know.

It was evening, and I looked for Alpha Luinga. I wanted us to discuss Netula.
I had wondered what the entire Packhouse would think of us as her Guidance.
But I couldn't find my Alpha anywhere around his room.
Then I looked towards the quarters, maybe he would be commanding one of the Omegas, I thought.
I looked and I saw Alpha Luinga in Netula's room. He didn't close the door well, so I had sighted him from afar.
"What would he be doing there?" I growled as I walked hastily to join my mate.
I don't even know why anything regarding Ne always gets me to my feet.
"Netula left pregnant!!"
Alpha Luinga started even before I got close.
"For!?"
I said, wanting Alpha Luinga to continue the discussion he had started.
I had known Netula left the Packhouse pregnant, but I wanted to be the one to break out the news to Alpha Luinga.
How did he even find out? I thought.
I was still wandering in thoughts when Alpha Luinga handed me the result from Lukia-Nelis Clinic.
The same one we had gone for a test with Ne, that fateful day, with Francisca's signature, boldly signed on the sheet.
I looked, acting as if I didn't know what was going on.
"But the test result didn't indicate who has the baby."
I said sarcastically, acting as if pregnancy tests also reveal a baby's paternity.
But Alpha Luinga didn't say a thing to me again.
He returned to his chamber, and throughout that day, remained moody.
They had all left me wondering.
What were they all up to?

Alpha Luinga summoned all of Lukia-Nelis' Omegas, and I wondered what his plans were.
Could it be anything relating to Ne again? Why does she interest him so much? Did he really like her while she was with us? Does he know anything about the pregnancy?
Series of thoughts went through my mind.
Then, I found myself eavesdropping to hear what was it with Alpha Luinga and the Omegas this time.
She also interests me, I can't even lie.
"You will be searching every nook and cranny of Lukia-Nelis. Netula must be found!!
..You either return here with her or tell me where I can come get her.
UNDERSTOOD!!?"
I heard Alpha Luinga commanding at the top of his voice.
This can't be happening just like that. He must have known a thing about the baby Ne is carrying.

This can't be what I'm thinking. That poor slut will have nothing to do with my Alpha.
Tears streaming down my cheeks, I hurried to my room.
