Jenna Brooks's POV
I stayed in the restroom and locked myself in one of the stalls for about two hours. I didn't want to step out, I was too embarrassed to. Why did I even dress up in the first place?
I heard someone walk into the restroom and knock on the stall I was in. I had already locked it from the inside.
"Jenna? Are you in there?" that voice called. It was Jeanette's.
"I'm reading." I lied, looking down at my palms.
"No, You're hiding!" Jeanette replied at the other side.
"I don't wanna run into Toralei," I admitted.
"She spilled black coffee on you, Jenna. So what?"
"Easy for you to say. Okay, nothing rattles you." I replied.
"Plenty of stuff rattles me, I just roll with it," Jeanette replied, frustrated.
"Well, this is how I roll."
