"I'M GONNA move back to my old penthouse in the meantime, so arrange everything in my stead," Nikolai said to Glenn while the two of them were in the garden, feeding the koi fish in the pond. "It's closer to the office anyway."
But, honestly, he just couldn't stay in an empty house.
[It's too big for me if Mona and the twins aren't there with me.]
"Is it okay if I speak as your friend and not as your chief secretary, President?"
"Go ahead."
"What happened, Nikolai?" Glenn asked worriedly. "I know that Mona got stabbed during the kidnapping incident. But I'm sure it can't be the reason why she suddenly wants to leave you. She's even bringing the twins with her."
"I can't tell you what exactly happened, but it's all my fault," Nikolai said, sighing. "I hurt my family again."
"Is it something that you've done when you haven't recovered your memories yet?"
That was both right and wrong.
