Chapter 322 - The Proposal of Marriage

Boom!

A tremor came from nowhere, and the entire academy area seemed to shake.

In that room that was instantly enveloped by the Sacred Realm, Witcher raised his other arm and violently swung out a Face Breaking Strike. He didn't hold back at all, and the air around him suddenly seemed like it was about to explode as his fist broke through the air, the pages on the table flying in the air, and finally collided with the saintly woman's slowly raised palm.

After hitting with a stunning blast, Eleazar covers his arm and takes a few steps back.

He was beginning to suspect that the other man wasn't human...

Lowering his head, he saw only that both of his arms were ruined, his cursed armor chipping away inch by inch.

"Let's see how much progress has been made in the past six months~"

Qishi, still gaining momentum, leaped out from the desk, flexed his thighs, and came in with a knee-breaking overhead kick.

Eleazar has the mind to spit out a mouthful of Frost Spit, but in a turn of thought, simply abandons all struggle.

Then he was brutally beaten by the other guy.

After a few minutes, Qishi sat on his chest in boredom.

"What's the point of taking a beating all the time?"

Eleazar arched his back a few times, casually perfunctory.

Qishi clasped his hands together as if he wasn't too pleased with the response.

So he lowered his eyes again and spoke absently, "White Tiger..."

"Boom!"

A blazing column of light erupted from one of the building's windows.

Fledgling stared in disbelief at the human-shaped ash on the ground.

Qishi clapped his hands together and returned to his seat, folding his legs.

"I sure do like the way you used to do it without saying a word."

[Rewind: 8/9]

Reborn, Eleazar sits up with a disinterested look on his face.

"If there's nothing else, I'll be off."

"Something's up."

Qishi flips through the roster of trainees.

"Go and arrest all the illegal transcendents in this group of new students, don't let these people ruin this pure land of learning knowledge."

"How am I supposed to know which ones are illegal Transcendents and which ones are members of the Transcendent family you've mercifully let into practice."

Eleazar had just finished speaking when a pamphlet hit him on the head.

Qishi said faintly, "Remove the personnel above, and leave none of the others behind!"

He took it down and casually flipped through it, memorizing the ranks of the ten Transcendents on it, as well as their names and appearances, before patting the dust off his ass and standing up.

"Then I'll begrudgingly help you blind people..."

Qishi watched him walk out the door with a smile on his face.

"Well, with the help of Witcher on the scouting side, this year at the academy can pass by peacefully again... well... That way I'll have more free time to tutor him."

Curious, Frid asked, "But will he do as he's told?"

"It will be, he's right in the middle of a weak heart, and children in that state of mind are usually very obedient, and that mate of his, he's more nervous than anyone else to let those dangers hover over her."

Qishi explained casually, then asked again:

"Any useful news from Rune's side?"

Fled pulled out her agenda book looked at it, and returned, "The latest news is that the Earth Monarch is old and decrepit and has started to screen for an heir, and then the conflict between Onya and the Crescent Moon Kingdom is getting bigger and bigger, and it might not be long before there's a war."

Qishi inclined his head, "You know that's not what I want to hear."

Frid looked up helplessly and returned, "Nothing about the Witcher, and no mention of magical girls or warlocks..."

"It takes three months to overhaul the Earth Court's conduit airships in and out at a time, and it will probably be next quarter before any news of interest to you, Your Highness comes back from the Loran side of the world."

Qishi propped his chin up in boredom, "So..."

"Come here and hammer my shoulder~"

"Oh!"

...

Inside the academy, Eleazar occasionally turned on his senses to check for incoming and outgoing trainees on the road as he made his way to the school building.

After searching for a long time, I was able to find Luna-senpai, who was already a senior cadet, in a classroom where an ancient language class was being held.

As before, there was a large empty spot beside her, unmistakably sitting in a pile of people who had subconsciously stayed away.

The intimidating aura on her body seemed to have gotten even more powerful since she had awakened her dragon bloodline.

Looking at the time when class was already almost over, Eleazar walked quickly around the corner to hide.

Then he waited a few moments, until the bell rang and that dense footsteps came, and he poised himself.

With her senses on, she locked onto the crimson figure, and when she was almost in front of her, Eleazar suddenly jumped out of the way.

"Whoa!"

Luna's body with a flat reaction lurched, just looking at the familiar figure that suddenly appeared in front of her, the pupils of those lake-like eyes, slowly flooded with a burst of denseness.

She blinked hard to make sure she wasn't blinking, and then continued on her way, clutching her book.

"Hmph, you're still willing to come back!"

Eleazar caught up with her at a quick pace, keeping the same pace at her side.

At the academy, he didn't act too outrageously.

Luna bristled, "Liar!"

Eleazar scratches his head, "I'm back, I didn't go back on my word..."

"There it is, it said six months, but you're twelve days over, that's almost half a month!"

Luna twisted her head angrily and looked outside, biting her lip, "Every day I wonder if you'll never come back..."

... Change is like overflowing water, and so are Luna's feelings for herself, which keep getting pooled in little by little, only to realize when she looks back that the other person's feelings have long since overflowed.

Eleazar was stunned for a moment, and suddenly took her hand in an unwavering grip.

Luna was startled and immediately became aware of what seemed to be eyes cast around her.

After struggling a little harder and realizing she couldn't break free, she lowered her head with some redness in her earlobes.

"You let go, I'm not angry anymore."

"You're right, I did fail to keep my promise..."

Eleazar swept his eyes around, his tone still gentle.

"So what about the fact that I have to make up for my mistakes, what do you think I should do?"

"Che said like you'd do anything."

Luna gave him a blank look.

Eleazar's head all of a sudden exploded, "Who did you learn to agitate from..."

Feeling the delicate hand in his hand that had begun to struggle again, he said in a hurry:

"Well, I'll do anything!"

"Really anything?"

Inspiration flared again, and this time Eleazar felt a surge of malice.

He straightened up at once and nodded with some gravity.

"Anything indeed goes, but you shouldn't go too far haha."

Luna slanted him a look and whispered, "Come to my house tonight, dress formally bring a bouquet, and nod your head at whatever my father says, can you do that?"

"That's it?" Eleazar instantly puffed out his chest again.

"No problem!"
