Chapter 133 - Inspiration Fragment

Eight grueling days had passed and the three were exhausted.

The erudite-Finnian-Emeka, officially joins the ranks of the wanted list by the Church.

As a first-born Transcendent, he still had very much to learn now.

How to meditate, how to manipulate astringent spirituality, how to hide oneself, how to recognize danger, which holy light spells are to be touched and which ones to be avoided from afar when seen, the various taboos of contemporary transcendentalists.

Packing everything up, the trio returned to the surface.

Cleaned well of dirt, Finnian's body is flawlessly white and excessive, and his head is so bare that he doesn't even have a frown on his face.

"Well, you can catalyze the Transcendental Activity to speed up your return to normal, but learn to meditate well first."

At the table, the three of them wolfed down their food.

The family was very polite and basically didn't talk about things while they ate, so Eleazar closed his mouth and ate in silence as well.

"Not enough to eat? I'll get some more."

Watching his brother lick his plate like a starving man, Fintan quickly got up and walked into the kitchen.

"Add a roast for me too!"

Eleazar said looking up and then froze.

The knight's figure shimmered slightly as he turned back to his promised face, as if it were expressionless, as if it were weeping again, with bright red petunias strewn around his feet.

The eyes blinked and the vision returned to normal, as if what he had just seen was just an illusion.

I don't know if it's because the witch is wrapped up in the threads of fate, but Eleazar is now able to have occasional bursts of inspiration, and can sometimes have a premonition of things in the dark.

His brow furrowed slightly as he contemplated the moral of the image he had just seen.

"How's my brother's handiwork, he still makes a delicious roast."

There were only two people at the table, and Finnian's harmless smile was pure and innocent.

Eleazar gave the other man a deep look.

"Well, indeed."

...

After the roast dinner, Eleazar excused himself.

Outside it had been a starry night and the night was deep.

Walking out a long way, he suddenly looked back again if he felt something.

Only to see that the entire villa at the back was engulfed in darkness, leaving only the faintest bit of light from the window.

The next day...

Well, it's an apology day ....

Eleazar scratches his head with a bit of a headache.

A jealous witch was the best thing to get rid of, and he took care of it with a little coaxing.

Then there was Luna-senpai with her sultry eyes.

"I'm really very sorry, suddenly I had a temporary emergency and couldn't make it, originally I really came to attend, I'm sorry I can only make up for your gift now."

Eleazar handed out the prepared gift boxes.

"What is it?"

Luna-senpai took it and asked, feigning disinterest, "Can I unwrap it?"

"Be my guest."

The gift box was unwrapped and inside was a pair of mediocre looking glasses.

Luna cocked her head.

"Well, thank you very much, I do feel a bit fatigued when reading lately."

She said, picking up the pair of glasses and gently ruffling her hair to put them on.

"Was it good?"

The eyes that were as clear as a lake were a little blurry.

Dragonwyck disappeared...

Eleazar looked her straight in the eyes and smiled slightly.

"Good looking."

After taking care of his schoolmates, he went to look for Lingyin and Fina again.

But it was finally realized that they were not in school!

Or rather, the entire astronomy department is missing.

After inquiring around, I found out that they had gone out of town for a practice session at an observatory and were spending the night there.

It took another day, Friday at noon, to run into the two.

"What the hell, do you have any idea how embarrassing it was for the two of us that day!"

Lingyin is raging.

"Well, she's eating out of her mind."

Fina explained gently.

"Anyway, the dinner the other day doesn't count, you still owe me a big dinner!"

"..."

Sure enough, it was this guy who was the hardest to deal with.

Hesitantly promising to compensate her with another big meal, Eleazar only just changed the subject back.

"What were you guys talking about, what the hell?"

"We went to that observatory where we had our practice class, and a couple of skeptical boys peed their pants at something, anyway, it was just so embarrassing."

Lingyin explained with a face full of contempt.

Fina gently hammered her shoulder and suddenly said, "Right, we won't be going out on our day off tomorrow, we're a bit tired after running around all day in practice sessions."

"Oh ..."

Watching the backs of the two as they left, Eleazar rested his chin thoughtfully.

Another demon spirit?

Are these the only ghosts left in the Kingdom of Holy Light that can't be fully purified?

Finding the witch who had just finished her class, Eleazar addressed her:

"Let's go, take you out."

"Yes!"

She immediately agreed with gusto, before suddenly coming back to her senses, sounding a little incredulous.

"Why are you being so kind all of a sudden?"

"Oh? Not going then."

"Hey, go go go, I was wrong!"

"Go back and pack up, we might be out there for two nights."

"I have all my stuff with me, no need to pack~"

Is it a big deal to have a carry-on space?

Eleazar skimmed his lips for a moment and simply said, "You go wait for me at the school gates."

"Good~"

In the middle of the day, Eleazar, wearing a black overcoat, walks to the entrance of the school with a deep, sullen gaze.

At the same time, the witch sitting in the caf  across the street stood up, her feet leaping beyond measure.

The two were separated by a road and traveled several streets away from each other before rejoining.

Evelea plastered herself over very happily, then her brow furrowed and her little face fell.

"Why did you bring silver bullets when you went out?"

"As a Witcher, it makes sense to carry around silver bullets."

After explaining, and looking at the exasperated face that turned away, Eleazar could only shrug.

"Well, actually, we're going to investigate ghosts on this trip."

"Another demon spirit?"

The witch and he were surprisingly in agreement.

"We don't know yet, let's go to the site and see what happens."

"There's no one else then, is there?"

Evelea looked around warily, fearing that another one would suddenly pop up.

"Do you mean the Knight? He hasn't been available lately..."

"There's no one else, don't look!"

Eleazar wrenched back the head that was scanning around like radar.

"It's just the two of us, and if there are no ghosts, we'll spend the day with you over there."

"Hmph, you said it!"

They then walked out to the outskirts of the city.

"Here?"

Evelea looked curiously at the somewhat run-down manor in front of her.

"This is the Knight's house, I'm going to borrow something."

"I'm not carrying that silver sword for you!"

The witch shook her head back and forth.

"Don't be silly, how would people be willing to lend me their food guys us."

"Not really, that guy's pretty gullible."

The two men said, ringing the front doorbell.

Fintan quickly ran out with a grimace on his face.

"Why, is this ready to go somewhere, wait for me."

"No, you go on with your brother."

Eleazar said out loud, "Lend me your officer's license."

"..."

With the stuff in hand, the two turned right around and left.

The witch couldn't help but laugh out loud as she recalled the pained expression the knight had just worn.

"There's a sense of evil that colors the snow black~"
