Li Fan caught sight of Crocodile God Isle and immediately realized the severity of the situation. At first, he thought the island was named because a giant crocodile monster was sealed on it, but seeing it in person clarified everything.
It was actually an atoll, and in the shallow bay at the center, there was a volcanic-like formation. Too far to see clearly at first, but as he drew closer, it became apparent that it wasn't a volcano at all, but rather the entire island was the remains of a massive crocodile lying prostrate!
Godzilla, eat your heart out!
Li Fan roughly estimated that if the creature were stretched from head to tail, it would be a thousand zhang long—far larger than Godzilla, a true prehistoric monster. It couldn't possibly grow this large unless it was an extraordinary species or of a mythological bloodline, right?
