Li Fan didn't mind. He smiled, shouldered the basket, boarded the flying boat, and sat down at the stern.
The other cultivator merchants and boatmen on the same boat didn't strike up a conversation with him, nor did anyone dare cast a glance in his direction.
It was as if they subconsciously knew that something disguised as a human had boarded the ship, and so they forced their gazes away by instinct, because they subconsciously knew this "thing" was beyond their comprehension or acceptance.
This was a correct judgment.
Li Fan turned his head to look to the south and asked the basket beside him with a smile,
"Tangyuan, do you want to return to the Nangong Family?"
Li Tangyuan was curled up inside the basket, but Li Fan saw her shake her head.
"Are your parents no longer alive?"
Li Tangyuan didn't speak.
Li Fan thought for a moment, "Doesn't the Nangong Family give you good things to eat?"
Li Tangyuan nodded.
