Chen Yi and the young monk Linghui first visited the injured Monk Guangzhi,
Upon seeing Chen Yi, Guangzhi, lying in his bed, insisted on getting up to express his gratitude:
"Thank you, junior uncle Linghui, thank you Donor Yunhu, without both of you, I would have died at the hands of Yang Youzhi yesterday.
Especially you, Donor Yunhu, without you, both junior uncle Linghui and I would have died here.
The abbot of Lingyin will soon express his gratitude on behalf of the entire Lingyin Temple, and once I recover from my injuries, I will personally come down from the mountain to show my gratitude for you!"
Although Linghui is young, he has had quite the ranking. It just so happens that he shares the name of a disciple from decades ago, placing him a generation above Guangzhi who is also at the later stage of Anjin.
