The Golden Moon had been thoroughly devoured, no longer showering moonlight, but rather spreading vast amounts of Black Fog, like tentacles or the slender arms of a woman, ceaselessly dancing.
It imbued an unspeakable terror!

It slowly descended, and the closer it got to the Great Earth, the more violently the Black Tide surged, like tumultuous waves, swallowing the radiance of the Star Cluster, casting a black veil over The World.
Dim...Silent...
Like a vision of the apocalypse!

A mass of Cursed Beasts burst forth from the Black Fog, sweeping over the Royal City and even other cities. Thankfully, more than two hundred years of struggle ensured that the Human Species did not forget the importance of protecting their "fences"; all city walls contained Golden Material, capable of withstanding the Cursed Beasts' corrosion for a time.
