At home, a meter-tall cage made of spider silk was placed in the living room.
"Squeak! Squeak! Squeak!"
Inside the cage, dozens of fist-sized black-furred rats with glowing red eyes continuously threw themselves against the cage, biting it with their purple teeth and emitting high-pitched squeals.
These were servant-level Purple Tooth Rats that loved living in dark, wet environments. Initially clustered in caves and underground, but with the development of modern cities, the abundant food and filth in the sewer system became their paradise. They were at the bottom of the ecological chain.
They enjoyed being in groups. Their dark purple teeth accumulated a lot of bacteria and toxins and expended these by gnawing, injecting toxins into enemies and devouring their flesh when they drop dead.
