Some of the smarter creatures even impersonate humans, or set up fake island ruins to lure in Beastmasters who've entered the Spiritual Sea, then devour them to strengthen themselves.
As their strength increases, these mutated monsters instinctively dive deeper into the Primordial Spirit Sea, seeking Primitive Copper. After absorbing it, they undergo a transformation, becoming Morning Star Level mutants.
At this stage, they become life harvesters in the Primordial Spirit Sea, killing Beastmasters in large numbers. Some even enter the next branch of the Mother River in search of more powerful prey.
Lilith once said that although there are many mutants, the vastness of the Spiritual Sea means the chances of encountering one are pretty low.
Who would have thought that on his first-ever venture here, he would encounter a mutant? Furthermore, judging by its aura, it seemed to have achieved the level of Spiritual Metamorphosis. Its abilities seemed supremely unsettling.
