In the aristocracy, a butler who has served his master for over twenty years would be granted a surname, becoming an esteemed member of the noble family (at least publicly).
Octagon didn't know whether this butler had been granted a surname, but such a form of address was always certain not to cause any displeasure, as it was something every butler, big or small, dreamed of.
"So, which family has tasked you with acquiring grain?" the butler didn't correct Octagon's form of address and instead directly inquired.
"The Frank Family, Mr. Steward Stephen," Octagon casually mentioned a family name and then seemingly nonchalantly added, "The situation is quite troubling now; we need to prepare more grain."
