The Immortal Divine Body is not immune to an Immortal's attacks but can use Arcane Force to rapidly heal its injuries.
This means that if he can provide enough Arcane Force, Goldy can stand unbeaten even against a Class IX Immortal, and the weakness of the Immortal Divine Body would no longer exist.
Unfortunately, an Eighth Order Emperor can't compete with a Class IX Immortal in terms of the amount of Arcane Force. Relying on this magic, Goldy could at best only withstand a few moves against a Class IX Immortal.
Dispelling the wishful idea of defeating an Immortal above his class from his mind, David Jones shifted his attention to the other new skills awakened by Goldy.
