Unlike the Violet Nebula Alchemy Competition, this time the Rosewood City Pharmacist Guild held a youth alchemy competition that only had age restrictions but no alchemy level restrictions for contestants.
As long as the contestant is under 25 years old, they can participate in this competition, regardless of whether they are a Primary Alchemist or a Grandmaster Alchemist.
