If the Icebound Wasteland, this ice-zone skill, could previously enhance Rainbow's ice-type area damage and recovery ability by an additional 100%, then after double-casting, this additional enhancement effect would increase from 100% to 180%.
What did this mean?
Simply put, it represented that Rainbow's skill consumption would change from recovering Arcane Force within her body to an infinite skill mode of infinite firepower (subpar version), that is, the recovery speed of the Arcane Force within her body would exceed the consumption generated by casting skills.
