Twenty minutes before the exam began, David Jones glanced around the room only to find that there were no familiar faces among the candidates.
"After all, there are so many candidates in the Beastmaster's Examination, it's understandable if we aren't allocated together." With this thought in mind, he began to close his eyes and cultivate, preparing to face the exam in his best state.
The first subject on the first morning was Beast Studies.
David first skimmed through the paper, finding that all the questions were of the usual type. Even the final few big questions, obviously designed to distinguish grades, seemed relatively simple to him.
"As expected, these kind of exams that you can ace by rote memorization present basically no difficulty for cultivators with strong psychic powers." David started answering the questions with a relaxed expression.
