Within those ten years, the five Text Simulations had brought him virtually no improvement; not virtually—there had been no improvement whatsoever.
Apart from leaving him with some meaningless memories, he had gained nothing.
If there had been even the slightest bit of useful insight from any of the five Text Simulations, Milton Cheney wouldn't have made such an extreme initial decision.
Once the decision was made, it was highly unlikely that Milton Cheney would change his mind.
As for not using Text Simulations and possibly not keeping up with the future of the Wizard Realm, Milton Cheney wasn't worried.
