"Boss!"
Just as Milton Cheney returned to the Fourth Bureau, a young man approached and respectfully called out to him.
"What is it, Samuel? If there's something on your mind, spit it out."
Milton spoke, then put the newly organized files into the file bag.
Since becoming the captain of a squadron in the Fourth Bureau, he had many more tasks than before.
"Boss, I heard that the top brass want to send some gunners to the Fourth Bureau."
Samuel, who Milton had been addressing, hesitated before speaking.
Upon hearing this, Milton frowned slightly and put down the file bag in his hand.
Then he asked, "Who told you this? How come I wasn't aware of it?"
"Why would they send gunners to the Fourth Bureau? Has the Fifth Bureau given up its duties?"
Samuel detected a trace of sarcasm in these words and his face hesitated slightly as he replied,
"Captain Wade told us. You just returned and might not know it yet, but they have no intention of hiding this news."
