The reason being, before this, [Nameless Sword Spirit] is incompatible with any other cards.

Then he picked up another [Sword Spirit Remnant] card, thought for a moment and put it back down.
With a flick of his wrist, he switched it for [Sword Spirit Malevolence].
He clapped his hands together again.

The light overflowed again as the cards combined.
