This card doesn't seem to be any good when viewed alone.
Firstly, "Rugged and Agile," which reduces energy consumption of the displacement skill, seems great but this card doesn't have the displacement skill anyway.
Then, an attack of 60 belongs to high-score cards, and a special attack can deliver up to 70 DPS, but it is a build-up.
