The term "skill weight" was something he invented in the process of card-making.
It refers to some skills that may seem close or compatible, but they just can't be fused together.
A simple example is the [Iron Stick] in the card deck.

Three identical passive abilities, so why can't they simply become one "Iron Stick's attack power +15"?
Based on his own analysis, it's because of the skill weight.
"Iron Stick's attack power +15" is too heavy, and it can't be carried in a single skill slot, so it has to be split up.
Perhaps that's incorrect, or perhaps there are some deviations, but he believes that this speculation has some basis.
That is to say, the current [Stone Disease] and [Jade Stone Curse] combined have exceeded the skill weight limit.
