As soon as Noland Lee turned his head towards her, she would hurriedly raise the book again, once more cutting off his view.
"Hey, you two stop messing around, I'm teaching here," Denise Green said, poking Noland Lee in the ribs.
"Heh heh heh," Noland Lee chuckled a few times before asking Nicolette,
"Are you getting used to living here?"
"Mhm mhm," Nicolette responded with a nod, using the book to cover the lower half of her face.
