Jack clenched his fist as he stomped off to find this so-called Lina Walker who was ranked first, he wanted to show her that he his better than her and that he deserved that position.

Jack struggled against Steven and Liam, who were holding him back from charging at Lina Walker. She had scored the highest in the entrance exam of the Beast Hunters Academy, and Jack did like that. he couldn't stand the fact that a girl around his age was better than him.
"Let me go!" Jack shouted. "I'll show her who's the boss!"
"Jack, calm down!" Steven said. "You can't just attack her like that. It's against the rules. And besides, you'll only make a fool of yourself."
"Yeah, Jack, listen to Steven," Liam said. "You'll have plenty of chances to challenge her later. This is just the beginning."
