A white, pale body floated on the clear beach water and brown, messy hair spread on the surface. Killian glared at the blaring sun directly with squinted eyes. All of a sudden, he felt something pull his leg from inside the water.
"AHHH! FRICK! FRICK! HELP-!" In his panic, his balance on the water melted away in seconds and he sank in like he weighed 1000tons. All that Killian felt was panic and even more panic.
Water rushed into his open mouth and nose, filling up his lungs and making it near difficult to breathe. Pain and fear of death held him in a choking grip, tears spilling out of his eyes when all of a sudden, he felt a great itch on his neck. It was as if thousands of ants were crawling and biting under his neck skin. He was simultaneously feeling the weight of a mountain in his chest. Was this how drowning people felt while dying?
He sluggishly lifted his flaying hands to his neck to relieve some of the wierd pain. His hands slightly touched some of his skin and to his shock, he couldn't comprehend what was on his neck. Things were happening too fast for him.
He could see the dim light from the surface and felt even worse almost succumbing to the call of sleep. However he couldn't give up, Killian opened his mouth, feeling something about to happen when he saw someone dive towards him. But for that brief moment, Killian felt as if he could breathe under the water.

Bai An who was a slight distance away from Killian heard his scream and shot out of the water. He too, was floating. He looked around in the direction of where Killian was only to see nothing.
The other men had also noticed this and we're rushing over, swimming as swiftly as fish. Qiang Tao and Bai An who were closer reached out to Killian underwater but couldn't reach him.
"Move. I'll dive in to get him." Chase didn't even wait for a response before he dived in. He could slightly see Killian gripping his neck as bubbles of air came from his mouth. With a burst of speed from nowhere, he reached and grabbed Killian by the waist since he was sure he wouldn't be able to swim. Killian looked at him with panicked eyes and Chase put his face closer to his and kissed him. The man wasn't closing his mouth shut and was gripping his neck and since his hands were occupied in holding him, Chase could only think of this. Killian widened his eyes even more and his hands went around Chase's nape. He seemed to understand what the man was conveying and complied. Besides it distracted him from the weird thing happening to his body.
Chase felt the lithe body in his arms go limp and he zoomed to the surface of the water. Chase pushed his surprised thoughts on his speed for later, deciding to concentrate on the matter at hand.
When he popped out of the water with Killian in his arms, everyone was already gathered around him with slight worry. He had his arms in a death grip around Chase's neck with his face buried in his neck.
"He's unconscious. I don't know how he's still holding onto me but he needs help. Fast. He's swallowed a lot of water but I was able to stop it." Chase spoke quickly.
With Chase placing Killian on the ground, Grey pushed aside the men to perform CPR and chest compressions on him as he had learnt in the military. "Move. We need to get the water out of his lungs as soon as possible."
"Hey, I'll do it." Bai An looked concerned for his quirky assistant. He would rather do it on Killian than place Killian's life on some men he barely spent time with.
"Do something! He's not anyone's fukin boyfriend so why are you concerned about this freaking shit!?" Wu Tang claimed while holding Killian's hand that was getting colder. With no one even realizing it, Dion had already knelt down beside Killian and started quick, fast and deep Chest compressions. As water freely flowed from Killians mouth, his body kept getting colder.
Wasting no time, once water stopped pumping out of his mouth, Dion went down on him and did mouth to mouth.
(Don't trust Authors saving process. It a novel, not the real world. Although I think the chest compressions would work? { Doctor Mike?}).
Killian shot up while gulping huge amounts of air desperately while puking water. His hands held Dion's bicep firmly and tightly. After feeling a little better, his hands once again went to his neck and felt around it cautiously.
Where were those freaky line things on his neck!? The freaky weird pain!?
"Hey, are you ok? There's nothing on your neck. Do you still feel uncomfortable? How did you even start sinking?...." An array of questions was bombarded on Killian the minute Wu Tang opened his mouth.
"Hey, let him relax first. Would you be in the condition to answer questions in such a state?" Ryan stopped the machine gun from spewing out more bullets.
Wu Tang: Ah...ok, machine gun...
Finally, now that it was silent Killian had the time to explain. "I cough*...I was floating when... something pulled me inside the water! It felt like a wrinkly hand on my ankle and its grip was very strong. And in the water I felt a weird pain in my neck area and something came out but now they aren't there... Cough* if I hadn't screamed I don't think it would have left."
"Weird pain?"
"Yeah, it wasn't that painful but the feeling to rip my skin off was definitely off. I felt like scratching my neck down to my bones. But then.. one of you guys came in and dragged me out." Killian didn't mention the part where he 'kind of breathed underwater ' since to be honest, he didn't even believe himself.
"That's why you were holding your neck when I saw you. " Killian turned in shock when he heard Chase's voice rumbling on his back. When did he get there?! And why was he leaning on him!?
Yep, Killian had his back flat on Chase's front and was sitting between his legs. When Killian woke up puking water, Chase went behind him to pat his back and help him get all the water out but Killian forgot he was here and was now subconsciously leaning on him.
Suddenly, Killian could feel a very hard thing between his buttocks which he didn't feel before.
