Miles set aside two candle sticks to use for an experiment. Right now he didn't know the time flow of the telekinetic pocket space.
He lot two candles at the same time, a steady blue flame slowly consumed the candle sticks.
Miles placed one burning candle in the pocket space. It remained normal until his telekinetic energy left it, then the flame froze.
It didn't literally freeze, but rather the blue fire stopped moving. It was as though a video had suddenly been paused.
Miles looked at the other candle in front of him that was still burning brightly.
"So time is frozen in the pocket space" he came to this conclusion. Miles looked into the pocket space again, as he was about to bring the candle out, it the fire started moving.
"That can't be normal"
Miles thought hard about it, the fire only moved when he took it in and was about to bring it out. In short, when he used telekinesis on it.
"Does telekinesis make it speed up?" Miles gathered a large amount of energy on the candle.
Like playing a paused video at ×100 speed, the candle burnt out in an instant. Miles was surprised, the other candle in front of Jim hadn't even reached halfway.
"More energy more time, Does that mean.." Miles suddenly thought of something ridiculous.
He looked out the window, no monster in sight. Skillfully departing from the building, Miles went to the park.
He stopped up some dirt the size of a wish basin and put it in the pocket space. Miles placed one seed of vitality in the dirt block.
"Alright, do your magic!" He directed unprecedented amounts of energy towards the dirt block.
The golden apple which would normally take two hundred years to mature, grew right in front of his eyes. Well his telekinetic sense, as he couldn't literally see into the pocket space.
From a seed, to a sapling, but then it stopped. The dirt got very dry and old, after waiting for a few seconds, Bian brought it out.
The once solid and nutrient rich dirt block had become like powder. A simple touch and his arm went through the powdered dirt.
"I'm gonna need better soil." The pocket space had grown to the size of a small country already, thanks to the parallel mind that focused on expanding it.
Miles uprooted a large amount of dirt, equal to the size of a football field. He remembered that dead bodies could act as a sort of fertiliser.
He placed all the corpses of the snake in the soil, except the tier 2 snake. He then carefully implanted the sapling into the dirt with his hands.
He placed the large dirt block into his pocket space, then looked towards the setting sun.
Miles washed his hand in the pond and went back to the apartment. He planned to sleep there for the night.
He broke all the mirrors, sloched on the sofa and held a spear in his grasp.
'Parallel mind, stop expanding the space. Focus telekinetic energy on the large dirt block.
Miles relaxed on the sofa, ever vigilant of his surroundings. He observed as the sapling grew leaves and vines, these vines then mingled and drowned the sapling.
In the area where the sapling was drowned, a small orange bud formed. Gradually, it grew bigger and bigger taking on a more yellow hue.
It's shape soon resembled an apple and it had turned completely golden.
Flash!
The apple flashed a ridiculously bright golden light, the light receded and left behind a glowing golden apple.
Miles brought the apple up, he planted the three other seeds of vitality into the large soil. Although it had lost some colour, it could still last a bit.
Miles telekinetically split this apple, there were four golden seeds in the apple. Only the seeds were inedible.
Miles covered himself in a telekinetic bubble, he brought out the four slices of the golden apple.
[Apple of vitality (matured, fraction)
A slice of a complete apple of vitality, increases vitality and healing. Consume an entire apple to gain a permanent increase in vitality]
Without further ado, Miles ate all the slices of the apple of vitality.
[Vitality +1000]
Miles felt a soothing sensation flow through his body, that was all.
He removed the telekinetic bubble and lay on the couch ready to sleep. He heard a slight noise coming from outside.
"Help!"
A person was screaming for help, Miles wanted to ignore him but he couldn't. He was still just a teenager at heart.
"Gotta be careful" As long as they weren't tier one, Miles could defeat them. He looked outside the window, the sound came from the park.
He grasped his spear tightly and walked in the darkness navigating through the trees, the light from the moon provided little support.
"That's weird" Miles was heading in the right direction but the voice was getting fainter and fainter.
He stopped running, thought about going back surfaced in his mind. He shook his head and brought out one more spear.
He made a telekinetic spear cannon, and continued foward.
"Help!" Miles saw a silhouette among the tress some distance away.
"Are you alright!" Miles asked loudly.
"Help!"
"Are you okay"
"Help!"
'Is he retarded' Miles slowly walked closer to the person, then in a creepy turn of events the creature turned around and looked him in the eye.
It's eyes, they were like those of a human but they lacked emotions. They were empty of the emotions that make a human, it was bone chilling to witness.
The creature moved quickly through the trees closing the gap between them instantly.
[Level 90 skin walker]
Miles didn't panick, he carefully aimed the spear cannon and shot. The Tier 1 spear went directly through the skinwalker. No lights dropped.
Miles placed an arm on his chest, he felt the rapid heartbeat. That was very scary he thought.
Miles looked into the pocket dimension, the dirt had basically turned to powder, devoid of all nutrients.
He placed new dort in the space and ransplanted the vines, they had grown well. He put the tier 2 snake into this dirt block.
The formal dirt block only had powder, the corpses had vanished.
"I'm gonna need more corpses" Miles thought, each apple could produce four seeds, it was an endless apple farm for him.
"Help!" He heard a loud cry for help, similar to the one he heard earlier. Although he was slightly scared, his excitement covered up his fear.
It might be due to his vitality but Miles didn't fell sleppy at all. All throughout the night, he hunted those creatures while occasionally replacing the soil in the pocket space.
...
"Annoying!" Miles was about to head back when he encountered a living silhouette. He couldn't touch it but it landed some solid hits on him.
The level 60 silhouette couldn't deal him any damage, but neither could he. Not even the tier 2 spear could damage it, it would fall right through.
"Screeh!"
The creature gave of a hideous screech as the sun rose up in the distance setting its body ablaze. It died in three seconds.
"So weak!" Miles was dumbfounded, he had fought that creature for thirty minutes but some sunlight killed it in seconds.
He brought out the three glowing golden apples.
[Apple of Vitality (matured)]
A tier 3 fruit that increases vitality, effectiveness gradually reduces with each consumption]
The information had changed he ate all three apples and gained 250 points, 125 points and 62 points respectively.
He planted the twelve seeds into dirt blocks that had different corpses in them. When these dirt had corpses, they would last much longer.
"Now what?" Miles planned to farm as much vitality from the apples as possible before evolving. He couldn't travel across the city as he wasn't at tier 1 yet.
"Argh, my leg!" Miles heard
