With the poison on her dragger she was paralysing those without protective armor, the Wolf was finishing them off, as they couldn't move and were being affected by the poison.
Her face was covered in slashes spills of blood, from all the slashes she was inflicting.
A big hand hit her while she was jumping, she landed on the hard snow ground, Rahul grabbed her by the arm.
"My lady, here..." He handed her, her bow and arrows. " ...this for the other ones with armour , I will ."
"No ..I need you to do something for me." She came in closer and whispered in his ear.
" But my Lady that... will take a while to prepare it."
"I need you ... To do that for me." She said with a serious but gentle expression.
"As you wish my Lady."
Rahul helped her jump up to the wolf who accepted her, as it's raiding mate.
Rahul left to the town and took two trainees with him.
Jakar was killing as many he could grab, and taking a lot of damage in mean time. Emil with his sword technique was helping the trainees, who still lacked of fighting experience.
The fight was taking too long and was exhausting even thought they manage to defeat a lot of Hobgoblins, there was still a lot of them left, it was like they were spawning back.
The Hobgoblin Leader hadn't attack yet, he was still on the side lines studying its opponents. There was a group of Hobgoblins that looked to be stronger protecting the leader, they look even fiercer than a normal Hobgoblin.
Jakar was fighting a few more, he was already getting exausted, he sustained lot of injuries, but he still fought like nothing was wrong.
Lyssann was also hurt but kept fighting, she was strong her movements were fast, her sword pierced through her enemies easily, she would cut them open. However exhaustion was a big factor for her injuries.
It was getting colder and darker, the warriors were starting to feel the exhaustion overcome their bodies.
Alana and the White wolf were tired as well, even though they have cleaned up half of the Hobgoblins, those monsters didn't seem to be getting tired or changing their pace.
'we can't keep fighting like this all day, is like endless battle..... Tera!.'
The Hobgoblin Leader that until now kept watching, was mostly paying attention to Jakar and Alana with the wolf they were causing the most casualities.
He held his hand up and gave a loud growl, the other Hobgoblins stopped attacking at once. They stayed where they were, they didn't seem to care if they got stroked down, it was frustrating, for the warriors that were giving their best.
Jakar all everyone back, Alana sitting on top of the wolf and everyone sorrounded Jakar, as per ordered.
"I am sorry my brothers to make you fight while we are still healing, but this fight is going to be endless if we don't defeat the leader." His voice was firm, even though he was also exauhsted his tone didn't falter. "Ignore the others let's focus on the leader."
"I don't think that will be necessary. " Emil pointed out. " They are stepping back."
"It doesn't seem like they are retreating." Said one of the warriors as the monsters before them were gathering back, standing behind their leader.
The leader was facing them, his huge figure made Jakar, 'the gentle giant' look small, he was the only Hobgoblin with tusk coming out of his mouth they were sharp and close together, it's bite would easily pierce a skin.
He slowly advanced, as the warriors instinctively backed away. Jakar stood firm as the Hobgoblin Leader got closer and closer even the white wolf was backing away.
The Hobgoblin Leader stood right in front of Jakar, its aura was fearsome, Jakar could feel like he was being pushed back, but he still stood firm in front of it.
It grabbed Jakar's neck, it was squeezing, everyone was caught by surprise, while some could react and attacked the Beast, some could not believe that ' the Jakar' was being surpressed so easily. He was fighting back but it was like a small child against an monster.
Alana was about to fire 3 arrows as she was pulling, It turned Jakar in her direction, as if she fired she would hit him. Others that attacked did no damage at all.
Lyssann striked the leader but didn't work , but she kept on strike it.
"Let him go, let him go." Her voice was already at its limit, it was already brittle her throat was dry but she kept scream while striking it with her sword. Her sword was sharp but hitting it, it was like it become as dull as a butter knife.
Alana ran over with the wolf while the Hobgoblin Leader was evading her attacks still squeezing Jakar's neck that was hard to break, but he was still in pain.
She jumped down, of the wolf's back, trying to hit it with her dagger, even that didn't pierce it's tough skin, the poison just slides down it arm.
Lyssann was desperate crying for it to stop. "you are going to kill him. "
Even if they ought to grab it's huge arm, it didn't budge, Lyssann and the others could see Jakar life's glow fading from his eyes.
" Jakar, noo don't stop fighting. " the cries could be hurt all over
"We have to fight, our mission isn't over, we made a promise." Lyssann eyes were already full of tears that she could barely see.
