 PROLOGUE 1
( A boy wakes up in the middle of a forest, the place he laid was a pathway inside q forest.)
KELVIN: ( Opens his eyes) Where am I? ( He sits up )
JOSHUA: Kelvin! ( Another voice yells from a distance)
KELVIN: Over here. ( He runs towards the voice).
JOSHUA: Sorry have you seen a boyÂ
about this tall. His name is Kelvin.
KELVIN: Josh?
JOSHUA: Dude is that you? You changed.
KELVIN: I could say the same. Wait, where's everyone?
JOSHUA: (Thought for a while then replied) I remember the bus we were in having an accident. You were sleeping then.
KELVIN: We need to find the rest.Â
(They walked along the pathway, searching for anyone they knew in the process.)
JOSHUA: Look, a carriage is heading this way.
KELVIN: How strange. Let's ask for information.
( They stopped the carriage and an old man came down.)
OLD MAN: Please I don't have any money.
KELVIN: Sorry to frighten you sir. We aren't bandits.
JOSHUA: We just need directions.
OLD MAN: Oh, sorry about that. What can I help you with?
KELVIN: We had a car accident and we got separated from our friends. Please can you help us?
OLD MAN: A car? What's that?Â
( Kelvin and joshua look at each other and suspected something. They explained their ordeal to him.)
OLD MAN: Either you were summon or you got reincarnated.Â
JOSHUA & KELVIN: Huh?
OLD MAN: I can only help a little.( Hands them two gold coins and a map). Listen really carefully, there are eleven continents and this is the smallest. It's just an island to the far north. ( He touches both their heads). I transfered my ability to read maps to you.
KELVIN & JOSHUA: Thank you very much.
OLD MAN: I grew up here so I don't really know much about the other continents. This continent is known as the lawless continent.Â
JOSHUA: Why is that?
KELVIN: Strange name.
OLD MAN: Never reveal your colour unless certain conditions have been meet. You might get answers elsewhere.
JOSHUA: * He just ignored me, great*
KELVIN: * He talks like an NPC from a game* Can you please enlighten us more?Â
OLD MAN: Don't worry, I won't kill your fun. Go on an adventure and discover these things yourself.
KELVIN & JOSHUA: Thank you very much sir.
OLD MAN: You're welcome. ( He ride his carriage away) Head south, it's the opposite direction. ( He yelled and disappeared into the distance)Â
JOSHUA: Well that's just great, what do we do now?
KELVIN: We'll head south. We need more information.Â
JOSHUA: It's a whole world to explore huh? I wonder if we're the only ones who got reincarnated.Â
KELVIN: For all we know, this can just be a dream but that's a later problem. ( His stomach rumbles). I just need some milk.Â
JOSHUA: Well we have to get going if we're to get anything to eat.
KELVIN: You're definitely right.
( They walked for two days down the path, without food. They saw no other person after the old man. By noon the third day, they got to a town. It was the capital of the lawless continent. It was a little town with not much tall buildings. Although it had nice buildings, the people weren't very active.)
KELVIN: It's a sweet city, kinda.
JOSHUA: Not as sweet as chocolate.Â
( They both laugh.)
JANE: Hi there. My name is jane. You seem to be new here.
( Kelvin takes a step back not making eye contact)
JOSHUA: * jeez, still can't talk to girls* Actually we are new here. I'm joshua and this is kelvin.
KELVIN: Hi
JANE: I could tell from your color. If you would like a place to stay, I could show you my inn.
JOSHUA: Thank you.
( They followed her to an inn after walking for a while)
JANE: Here we are.Â
( It was a little inn but it looked good and comfortable for it size. It was a two story building, it had a bar where the receptionist attended to people. It had wooden furnitures. )
JOSHUA: How many nights can a gold coins take us?
JANE: If it's two rooms five days without morning meals but if it's just one room, a week with only morning meals.
JOSHUA: We'll take the one room offer.
JANE: Alright.( Hands him a form). Please fill this.
JOSHUA: Wait, what is this writing? I can't read it.
JANE: You can speak our language but can't write it. Strange. Okay I'll do the writing just fill me in on the details of the questions I ask.
JOSHUA: Okay thanks.
( Jane a middle hight girl with brown hair, around the age of 14 helped them out with everything. Later that night)
JOSHUA: We are too ignorant about this world.
KELVIN: Tell me about it. What should we do?Â
JOSHUA: Hmmm. Well our best chances of survival is to ask jane for help.
KELVIN: We just met her, can we trust her?
JOSHUA: We don't have another choice.
KELVIN: I guess you're right.
JOSHUA: We need money, we have just one gold coin left.
( Just then they heard a knock, kelvin opened the door and jane walked in with two bowls of food.)
JANE: Since you didn't get a morning meal, this is your substitute.
JOSHUA & KELVIN: Thank you for the meal.Â
( They ate their meal like children out of hunger.)
KELVIN: That was really good.
JOSHUA: Thanks for the meal.
JANE: It's a pleasure. I have a question I wanted to ask.
KELVIN: What's that?
JANE: Are you by any chance from one of the other continents? Your appearance and color doesn't match any I'm familiar with.
KELVIN: * What is this color everyone is talking about?*
JOSHUA: * Telling her the truth might cause trouble* Well we are exhausted from our journey. Let's save our questions for tomorrow.Â
JANE: Oh, I understand. ( She walks to the door and stops). If you don't trust anyone, you'll not survive for long. If you trust anyone, you'll get used and die. Welcome to the lawless continent. ( She leaves)
JOSHUA: She's suspicious already. What did she mean by that?
KELVIN: I don't know. We have to be exceptionally careful.
JOSHUA: You're right about that. I wonder how things will turn out from now on. Our past...
KELVIN: Let's not dwell to much on the unknown, it's wouldn't help matters. Our past has nothing to do with this, it's either we find a way back or we leave new lives here.
JOSHUA: Yeah yeah.
KELVIN: Time to sleep ( yawns). Good night bro.
JOSHUA: Night bro.
( They off the light to sleep. The night quickly passed. They were woken up by the cry of jane)
