Chapter 5 - Chapter Five : Hail Kingdom and Royal Inspectors

In the vast expanse of the western continent, amidst the five kingdoms, lies the Hail Kingdom. Unlike its name suggests, it is not a land of ice and snow, but a tropical paradise, teeming with lush greenery and exotic wildlife.

The Hail Kingdom is nestled between the sea to the west and the dense jungle to the east. It has a bustling port city of Port Hale, a hub of trade and commerce. Ships from all over the continent dock here, their holds filled with goods from distant lands.

The kingdom's tropical climate makes it an ideal place for a variety of fruits, Minerals, and Herbs. The air is always heavy with the scent of exotic flowers, and the sound of birds chirping could be heard echoing throughout the forests. But in this wonderful jungle, it is where many mana beast that resides and use it as their home.

The people of Hail kingdom's main occupation is merchants, hunters and some of them being sailors. There are many people who choose their occupation as hunters because of the remuneration from this occupation.

The kingdom is ruled by King Eirik, a man known for his battle power and strategies.  His rule has been marked by peace and prosperity, by his many strategies the kingdom has developed and the citizens are leading a peaceful life.

The Hail Kingdom is also home to the Sea Serpents, an elite group of warriors renowned for their naval prowess. 

There is also the Royal Inspector who is directly under the control of the royal family, they are tasked to maintain and look after the kingdom and the nobles who are acting out of line.

Their primary task is to keep a close eye on the nobles of the kingdom, ensuring they do not cross certain lines that could potentially disrupt the stability of the kingdom.

The Royal Inspectors are chosen based on their loyalty to the crown, their integrity, and their ability to discern right from wrong. They are often individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service to the kingdom in various capacities.

Once chosen, they are given the responsibility of monitoring the activities of the nobles, a task that requires tact and diplomacy.

The nobles of the Hail Kingdom are influential figures who wield considerable power and wealth. However, with power comes responsibility, and there are certain boundaries that they are expected not to cross. These boundaries are set by the royal family and are in place to ensure that the nobles do not misuse their power or act against the interests of the kingdom.

The Royal Inspectors play a crucial role in maintaining these boundaries. They monitor the activities of the nobles closely, looking out for any signs of misconduct or abuse of power. They also serve as a bridge between the royal family and the nobles, conveying messages and directives from the former to the latter.

However, their role is not just limited to surveillance. The Royal Inspectors also have the authority to take action against any noble who is found to be crossing the line. This could range from issuing warnings to recommending sanctions or even expulsion from the kingdom.

Despite their significant responsibilities, the Royal Inspectors operate discreetly. Their identities are often kept secret to protect them from potential threats or bribes from those they monitor. This secrecy also allows them to carry out their duties more effectively as they can blend in with others and observe without raising suspicion.

The existence of the Royal Inspectors is to keep a tight leash around the nobles for committing any actions that would affect the kingdom and the royal family, the royal inspectors are one of the main force of the royals, who keep law and stops any forms of rebellion from happening in the kingdom. By keeping a close eye on its nobles, it ensures that power does not corrupt and that everyone, regardless of their status or wealth, is held accountable for their actions.
