Hearing this Aurora nodded, to become a citizen of Diablous Empire you have to be a non-human and if you are a human then just change your race, in the game it was possible to change the race of a NPC and how it's was done was simply, you just have to use your subordinate blood drops to change the race but even if they change their race to that of the subordinate race it doesn't mean that the NPC will become the same rank race as the subordinate who gave their blood.
For example if a True Ancestor Vampire give it blood to a Human, they will simply become a Elder or Pure Blood vampire and in some rare cases they might turn into a True Blood Vampire, In the Vampire Race the rank of Vampire are divided to lower to higher as, Lesser, Normal, Knight, Lord, Noble, Pure, Elder, True Blood, Ancestor, Bride/Groom and True Ancestor which is known as the God/Goddess among the Vampire, those Lesser to Lord Blooded Vampire can't walk in the sunlight, if they don't equipped with a protection item they will simply turn into ash's in the sunlight.
