Staring face to face with the one I though to be the love of my life I never thought he would hold a knife to my neck.

"I told you, you can't escape this life" he said.

"I will leave, why won't you come with me? You promised that we would leave together." I always thought he would stick by my side and eventually we would get married and have children. But to say the least I'm not surprised.

"You always knew I would never leave. After all, I will lead this organization. And I quite enjoy watching others beg for mercy" he said as he smile viciously.

I smirked but said nothing as I see the true colors of the man I loved.

He continued, "Plus to be honest your too…let's say too annoying for me. You always went on and on about wanting to leave but at the same time you complete the job you needed to. Aren't you too two faced. You say one thing but do another? Which is why I'm quite happy to end you and publicly announce that I'd be wedding the most beautiful girl in this organization. She knows how to make a mama feel and knows that she must stick by me".

Wow. That's all I had to say to him but the words that I wanted to say just wouldn't come out. I was to pissed off. But as he was busy talking I noticed the others we're watching the show. The people who supported me leaving were too afraid to speak up for they could end up like me. King was right, I should never believe that anyone had my back. I looked at my lover who I was thought loved me and for the first time in my life hit him and caught him off gaurd and slit his throat.

"Just because I had feeling for you does not mean I won't kill you". Every assassin jumped out.

"What we're you thinking shadow!" That was the name I was given as I was someone whose shadow was only ever seen.

"What was I thinking? Well he cheated, threatened and even said I was annoying. I may have loved him, and he may have been the next leader but I don't give a shit. Nobody ever tramples me".

"You now we have no choice but to kill you, you killed our future leader and you also know you can't leave. You know to much about this organization" Red said.

"I don't care I will leave" I said.

Red ran across the balcony along with him all the other assassins came into action. We fought like crazy and I slowly killed them off one by one. Until one of them shot at me, close to my heart. Although they missed it hit my artery, I was dying. They all paused.

"You will die here, I told you there is no way out. Hopefully in your next life you won't walk this path again." Red said.

"Ha" I looked at him " Hopefully next time I'll kill you all and make you all regret crossing my path. Aterall i was forced in this, it was never my choice"

Red looked at me and with sadness said "I know, and I'm sorry".

"Sorry?" I laughed. "You all killed my mother and made me your slave. You thought just because I feel in love with your young master I wouldn't notice?…Please I'm not an idiot" I huffed.

My vision was slowly fading and all I could smell was the blood that surrounded me. It's funny that in my last moments I remember the words King said to me once. He was said that my death would be my stupidity, for not killing the killer of my mother. But how could I when it was my own father who was much stronger than me…he was terrifying. I Can still remember his face as he enjoyed watching me tremble.
