They never expected humans to be so bold, coming all the way here and bringing the battle to them. At first, some demons thought that the humans had lost it. Don't they know that this land has been thoroughly corrupted by demons? This place is literally hell for them. Not to mention, they're completely outnumbered here. What made them so brave?
But as the clash went on, the demons realized their folly. None of them would dare say this out loud, but deep down, they knew that humans weren't stupid. They wouldn't risk their lives for absolutely nothing. They were more than prepared to deal with them.
