Chapter 14 - Chapter 14

The grotesque hallway twisted and writhed, a nightmarish labyrinth of flesh, mouths, and disturbing sounds. The agonizing screams of anger mixed with the sadistic laughter of a hyena, creating an unsettling ambiance. Maki, Yuta, Panda, and Toge were drenched in sweat, their fear palpable as they watched Augus in his fiend form, facing off against the curse fiend, Karma.

Maki couldn't stop shaking, her mind haunted by hallucinations, just like the others. They all saw their gruesome deaths at the hands of Augus, and the terror was almost too much to bear. Augus, in his curse form, was a horrifying sight, and Maki couldn't hold back her question, though no one had an answer.

Maki: "What the **** are we even seeing, guys?"

Yuta, his voice trembling, tried to make sense of the chaos.

Yuta: "I think... I think he gave up his body to summon a Shikigami, or something. This isn't natural."

Panda chimed in, sweat pouring down his face.

Panda: "Yeah, but what the **** kind of Shikigami is this? It's like something out of a ****ed-up nightmare."

Maki, her voice barely above a whisper, nodded in agreement.

Maki: "It's not a Shikigami, guys. This is... something else. Augus is different now."

As they pondered the bizarre transformation of their friend, Karma's rage echoed through the hallway.

Karma: "Void, you *******! You're still alive, aren't you? You thought you could escape me?!"

But beneath the taunts, there was a hint of fear in Karma's voices. Augus had become a formidable adversary.

Karma: "You can't kill me, Void. You can never kill me."

Another face jeered, attempting to provoke Augus.

Karma: "You always were a coward, Void!"

Augus, in his curse form, reveled in the chaos. His laughter was maniacal, matching the madness of the surroundings. Suddenly, a chainsaw blade extended from his arm and pierced one of the taunting faces.

Augus: "Hah! You missed me, you piece of ****!" Enjoying this, you sick ****s?"

Seizing the opportunity, the faces surged forward, biting Augus on his arms and legs, pulling and tearing. More faces appeared, taunting Augus for his recklessness. They gnashed at his body, but Augus seemed unfazed. He continued to laugh, despite the terrifying ordeal.

Karma: "You're a ******* fool, Void! You won't get away this time!"

But Augus laughed through the torment, his eyes gleaming with madness.

Augus: "Is that all you've got, you flesh-eating *******?"

Maki, her voice quivering, couldn't take her eyes off the gruesome scene.

Maki: "I... I don't know what's happening, but if this keeps up whatever Augus summoned will end up on a rampage."

Yuta, beads of sweat on his forehead, nodded.

Yuta: "Yeah, but maybe he can turn this around and come back."

Panda, his hands trembling, chimed in.

Panda: "Look at him! This isn't Augus anymore. Whatever he did to summon this thing probably had a high price."

Toge, his voice still calm, whispered his thoughts.

Toge: "Salmon."

Maki remained quiet but her eyes for the first time showed absolute terror. This wasn't some Shikigami... no this... was something more than a spirit. She watched Augus' summon start eating one of the faces like a starving beast.

One thing was certain: whoever Augus was before, was dangerous.

Karma continued its assault on Augus, and Karma's voice was filled with anger and desperation.

Karma: "You can't kill me, Void! You can't, you can't, you can't!"

But Augus was unrelenting. In the midst of being torn apart, he had a revelation. His curiosity got the better of him, and he couldn't resist experimenting with his curse form.

Augus: "Ding **** Dong, I've got an idea."

He opened four portals to the heads that clung to his arms. .

Maki: "Augus, no! What are you doing?!"

The faces that remained were now horrified, begging Augus to spare them.

Face 1: "Please, Void, have mercy!"

Face 2: "Don't do this! We'll leave you alone!"

Karma: "You monster! You can't do this!"

Augus, his eyes gleaming with sadistic curiosity, smiled as he continued. The heads screamed in terror as they were sucked into the portals, vanishing from existence

Augus: "Wow, if I don't have a destination in mind, these portals... they become black holes that just erase ****. Cool, huh?"

Karma: "You ******* psychopath!"

Augus couldn't help but let out a laugh. The idea of a monster calling him a psychopath was hilarious.

Augus: "Hi kettle, I'm black, n****!"

But Augus wasn't finished. He pushed the boundaries of his power even further, using the portals to merge his saw blades.

Augus: "Why stop here? Let's see what happens if I do this."

Maki, Yuta, Panda, and Toge watched in awe and horror as Augus used his new power to merge his saw blades into a pitch-black, vibrating blade.

Karma, now terrified, spoke with a mix of resentment, hate, and fear in his voices.

Karma: "You *******! What have you done to yourself? This is cheating!"

Augus: "Cheating? Ha! You're one to talk, you twisted *******."

Karma: "I'll tear you apart, Void! I'll make you scream for eternity!"

Augus: "You'll have to kill me first, you piece of ****! But first... let me ask this."

Karma: "What!?"

Augus grinned with malice while his centipede tongue licked his teeth.

Augus: "Did you pray today?"

Gojo stood tall on the rooftop, his sharp eyes never leaving the bizarre barrier that shrouded the city. He was moments away from unleashing the full might of his limitless void, a power that had become a symbol of his unparalleled strength in the world of Jujutsu sorcerers. But just as his hand began to move, ready to set his limitless void into motion, the barrier itself screamed in agony and terror. It reverberated with wails as if the very fabric of the barrier itself was suffering. And amidst the cacophony of painful screams, a voice cursed the one responsible for the torment within.

Barrier: "No, Void! What have you done? You *******!"

Gojo's brow furrowed, a rare sign of concern on his typically stoic face. He had sensed the emergence of a threat, but he couldn't ignore the fear in the barrier's screams. He couldn't help but feel the weight of responsibility, especially for his students.

Gojo: "This isn't good. I need to find out what's going on inside."

Across Tokyo, Jujutsu sorcerers had gathered in a rare display of unity, banding together to confront the overwhelming spirit invasion that had engulfed the city. But their unity was slowly crumbling as the battle raged on. The spirit they faced was unlike anything they had encountered before, a formidable force that seemed to defy their attempts to subdue it. Every time they struck down one of these enigmatic spirits, a grim, deadly karma followed, claiming the lives of their fellow sorcerers.

Sorcerer 1: "Damn it! We're losing people left and right!"

Sorcerer 2: "We can't keep up with this! Every spirit we eliminate takes two of us down with it."

The grim reality began to sink in, and the sorcerers knew that their traditional approach was futile. Instead of trying to eliminate the spirits, they shifted their strategy, focusing on containing the malevolent entities. But even as they did so, the spirits multiplied with each passing moment, fueled by the anger and anguish of the innocent civilians who had fallen victim to their rage.

Sorcerer 3: "At this rate, Japan will be overrun by these spirits in a matter of hours!"

Kenjaku, hidden in the shadows, observed the mayhem with undisguised delight. His dream, the culmination of meticulous planning and manipulation, was becoming a reality right before his eyes. He had long yearned to witness the next evolution of curse energy, and the chaos unfolding across Tokyo was a crucial step toward that goal. He had orchestrated this chaos, this bloodshed, and he had reveled in it, relishing the unfolding nightmare.

Kenjaku: "Yes, yes! This is perfect. The birth of a new era for curse energy is upon us. This is it, the culmination of my ambitions! Curse energy, evolving in ways I could only dream of. Let it thrive, let it transcend!"

With arms outstretched, he encouraged the spirits to continue their rampage, relishing in the mayhem and the untold power it promised.

Kenjaku: "Yes, yes! Keep growing, my beauties. Let this chaos be the catalyst for the next stage of curse energy's evolution."

As Kenjaku reveled in his dream coming true, the spirits grew in power, driven by the unbridled fury that fueled their existence. These restless apparitions, now animated by a malevolent force, raged across the city, bringing calamity in their wake.

Down on the streets, Mahito, the Cursed Womb: Death Painting, couldn't help but be fascinated by the spirits. They emanated so much hate and anger that it was almost like he was looking at a mirror image of himself.

Mahito: "Such beautiful hate. I'm loving this chaos."

Jogo and Hanami, who had been observing silently, were equally enthralled by the spectacle. The Karma fiends continued to rampage throughout Tokyo, causing disasters left and right.

Jogo: "This is what true chaos looks like, Hanami. It's magnificent."

Hanami: "Indeed. The world is finally getting a taste of the curse's true potential."

As the city spiraled into madness and despair, the stage was set for the evolution of curse energy, a transformation that Kenjaku had longed for. The enigmatic sorcerer watched from the shadows, his dreams coming true, as Tokyo became a crucible for the birth of something entirely new.

But then, in an unexpected twist, the spirits began to disintegrate. They turned into swirling dust, and the contamination of curse energy slowly receded. The domain barrier itself started to dissolve, revealing the streets of Tokyo once more.

Gojo couldn't believe his eyes. It was as though the spirits had reached the end of their torment. Their suffering was finally coming to an end.

As the dust settled, Gojo wasted no time and teleported to the location where Maki, Panda, Toge, and Yuta were supposed to be. What he found was a nightmarish scene, even more horrific than he had anticipated.

The entire floor was flooded with blood, giving the surroundings an otherworldly and eerie crimson hue. The air was thick with the stench of iron, and the halls echoed with sobs of pain and fear, as the spirits desperately begged for mercy, release from their torment, and an end to their suffering.

Maki, Panda, Toge, and Yuta stood on the sidelines, their faces ashen with fear and shock, as they gazed at the horrifying aftermath. Gojo's relief at seeing them alive was undeniable.

Gojo: "You're all okay, right?"

Their eyes met his, and in their expressions, he saw a mixture of relief and trauma. The events they had witnessed were beyond any of their experiences, and Gojo couldn't help but empathize with their suffering.

In the center of the carnage, something incredible and terrifying was happening. Augus, in his Void fiend form, held a face within his monstrous mouth. The face, a spirit that had once been malevolent, now pleaded with Augus, its voice quivering with fear.

Face: "Kill me, Void! Please, just end it. I can't be in the human world with you around!"

The utter despair in the spirit's voice was heart-wrenching, but Augus was far from sympathetic. Instead, he reveled in the madness, cackling as he held the spirit's face.

Augus: "What's the matter, Karma? Running away? What happened to all that bravado a minute ago? You were talking some good ****!"

He continued to mock the fallen spirit, reminding Karma of the arrogance he had exhibited before the tables had turned.

Augus: "I remember you talking about some good **** about making me scream."

With eerie delight, Augus's Void form began to melt away, revealing his human form beneath. He continued to taunt Karma, refusing to let him off the hook.

Augus: "Don't be a ******* p****y!"

Karma, in a state of sheer terror, couldn't find the words to respond. He could only whine and whimper like a dog as Augus tightened his hold. His world had turned into a nightmare, and Augus was the master of his torment.

Karma: "Please... just stop..."

But Augus showed no mercy. He brought the spirit to eye level, revealing the madness lurking in his eyes.

Augus: "Don't think you can get away that easily. You started this whole mess. Now, I get to decide what happens next. You either form a contract with me, or I keep cutting you down."

Karma was desperate. He had no choice but to accept the contract Augus was offering, for the alternative was continued torment.

Karma: "Fine, I accept! Just get me away from that *******!"

With the contract formed, Karma became Augus's summoned spirit, a twisted relief filling him as he distanced himself from the demon in human skin.

Karma: "At least I'm away from him now."

Meanwhile, Augus was surprised by the success of his plan. He couldn't help but wonder if he could form contracts with other spirits in a similar manner. The idea intrigued him, but he decided to save the experiment for another time.

Augus: "I'll save that experiment for later. Right now, let's see what else I can do."

He looked around, taking in the aftermath of the chaos he had unleashed, and spotted Gojo. A sense of relief and anticipation filled him, and he was about to greet his teacher.

However, before he could say a word, an unexpected event occurred. Out of nowhere, the ceiling collapsed and smashed Augus with a loud thud. Before the floor shattered and continued doing so until Augus reached ground level.

The impact was unexpected, and Augus, who had been mid-sentence, was abruptly silenced. Yet if you listen closely, you can hear Augus ranting about Karma being a bitch.

Gojo blinked in surprise, his jaw hanging open for a moment as he tried to process what he had just witnessed.

Gojo: "What in the... Did that really just happen?"

He couldn't help but chuckle, even amidst the chaos and bizarre events. The Jujutsu world was always full of surprises, and today was no different.

As Gojo looked around at the aftermath of the battle, he couldn't help but feel a mixture of relief, concern, and anticipation.
