Raiden descended upon Bialya, the land torn apart by war, its ground filled with the remnants of destruction at the rampaging Nyarlathotep's behest. Kingly and imposing in his Ozymandias form, The skies opened for his landing as his Noble Phantasm shined with power. With a wave of his hand, the buildings that had crumbled during the battle began to rise from the dust to their previous glory, but he did not stop there.

He reimagined the country and fixed its infrastructure to be far superior to what it was before. Roads were now much wider and smoother, made of resilient materials that would easily last for decades. He modernized it, and made it better equipped and more spacious than ever, more hospitals, schools, and marketplaces. Every improvement was a testament to Raiden's power and to his commitment, not just to repair what had been destroyed but to bring prosperity to a land so long suffering under the rule of tyrants

And the Bialyans, who had watched in horror, found their despair melting away changing to hope and gratitude. They cheered as Raiden went from district to district, state to state, taking away the pain their cities had suffered

But Raiden was not done. He knew true prosperity extended beyond the fixing cities and infrastructure. He took a deep breath and changed into his Enkidu form, his body transformed into the entity who was one with the earth itself, The skin of his bare feet touched the land to channel the great bond with it. The soil of Bialya, dry as desert sand, started to stir beneath him, enriched with life. Because of his connection with nature, Enkidu was the perfect vessel to cure the land.

He raised his hands and, over the deserts that once were barren, greenery started to spread. The lifeless soil was imbued with fertility, the ground turning dark and rich for farmland. Harsh dunes were gradually replaced by lush fields, now ready to be tilled. The people stared in awe as from this the beginning of crops sprouted-a sight they had not seen in years. Farmers wept in disbelief, knowing their land would now sustain their families and their future.

By the time Raiden had finished, Bialya had ceased to be the desolate country that it had once been; its landscape changed to gleaming new and alive cities and its people full of fresh hope.

As the sun set over this now fertile land, Raiden stood before the assembled mass of people. Thousands of Bialyans had gathered to see him and many more gather at their home to watch him on tv!

Their savior, the one who brought them back from the very brink of despair. He took a deep breath before he began his address them ¨People of Bialya"

Raiden Spoke.

"You have faced a history suffering and destruction, the rule of tyrants. But today it changes. I have seen your pain, your loss, and I have walked among the ruins of your cities. Today, we rebuild. Together."

He told them to look to the lands around them now lush fields from what once were barren deserts, cities once again standing tall, but he wasn't done, as he continued

"I did not come here simply to repair what was broken," he said, in a serious tone, filled with intent. "I came to give you more. I came to offer you a future beyond what you've ever known. And I will not rest until the day, every one of you lives without fear, without hunger, and without suffering."

The crowd erupted in cheers, but there was a palpable unease in the air as the people looked at each other uncertainly. Raiden raised his hand for silence, and his eyes scanned the crowd.

"But this is only the beginning," he said. "For Bialya to truly prosper, it must become part of something greater. A new kingdom, united under one banner…. my banner."

The cheer of the crowd quickly died down to murmurs. They weren't quite sure what to make of his words. These people had lived through years of oppression, and another ruler even one as powerful as Raiden was a risk

"I stand before you now, not just as a savior," Raiden added, "but as your King. Bialya shall be the start of my new nascent kingdom, the first of a united Earth. Under my rule" The people were still uncertain, yet as Raiden stood among them, a quiet realization began to spread among them. He was different from the tyrants of old who had wished to keep them subjugated, He had not compelled them into service, instead, he had served them!

Cleansing the darkness of their land, re-raising their homes, and infusing hope where there had been no hope. He had risked his life for them, asked for nothing in return, and now he was offering them a future.

Raiden's eyes remained firm yet warm as he said in continuation, "If anyone be of the opinion that I should not be your king, if anyone doubt my intentions or my right to rule, let them speak now."

A hush fell over the crowd. They looked amongst each other, and not one of them came forward. Slowly, it dawned on them that Raiden was, in fact, the right answer. He had been able to show them what it means when true leadership is exercised in service instead of through fear.

The silence had barely built when Raiden spoke again, his voice full of resolve. "I promise you this, Under my rule, Bialya shall rise. You shall live in peace, and you will never be abandoned again."

It was uncertainty that that turned into quiet nods and then finally, one shout "Hail King Raiden!" shortly repeated by another and another until the cry filled the air. "Hail King Raiden! Hail King Raiden!

Raiden smiled, knowing that at this very moment, the people had chosen him for this position not out of fear but out of trust. His kingdom had begun, and with it, the future he had envisioned.

....

Few Weeks Later

....

The air was thick with tension at this meeting of the United Nations. Heated discussions echoed within the grand chamber, as representatives of a great many nations in attendance argued over what would become of the recently reconstructed Bialya. The surrounding countries claimed a piece of this nation's soil for their own, seeking to divide it among their borders. The superpowers of the world, Such as The US., China, and Russia all wished to take Bialya under their influence It was a prize no one could ignore, especially after Raiden had miraculously revitalized it, transforming the barren land into a fertile, thriving country. For many, it was like being handed a first-world nation on a silver platter.

Over the past few days, those arguments only grew hotter, fed by Raiden's rebuilding work. What had once been a shattered nation, scarred by conflict, was now one of opportunity, and the members of the UN were in a frenzy. The debate raged on, louder and louder, accusation after accusation, counter-accusations, each nation trying to get its claim across. On all sides, diplomats stood up to declare their positions, but no agreement had been made

Suddenly, the doors to the assembly hall swung open, and the room went quite as one of the most imposing stature made his way to the podium. King Arthur of Atlantis, he approached the podium, the discussions simmered to silence as the representatives turned their attention toward him, their curiosity piqued by the unexpected arrival.

his deep voice cut through the air like a knife. "This meeting," he spoke, "is one of the most disappointing displays of greed and selfishness I have ever witnessed." The room shifted uncomfortably. Representatives exchanged glances, unsure of what was coming next.

"Rather than letting the people of Bialya determine their own fate," Arthur continued, a hint of anger in his voice, " the so-called leaders of the world stand, fighting over who gets to take over what Raiden and the Justice league had saved? This debate is a shame; it disrespects the very ideals you claim to stand for"

Various representatives of several nations immediately stood forward, protesting him, but Arthur raised a hand. "You may debate all you would like. It is irrelevant. This debate is already concluded."

The room was filled with confusion. A murmur exploded. "Concluded?" someone yelled. "What the hell are you talking about?"

Arthur glared at them, eyes narrowing as he declared in a loud commanding "Bialya has already been claimed."

The chamber broke into an uproar. Representatives called for explanations, yelling over one another. "By whom?" someone shouted. "Raiden? His claim is baseless!" another exclaimed. "He's not even from Bialya, nor is he a king!"

Arthur let the rumble of noise die off before he continued. "You're wrong. Raiden is not just anyone. He has done for Bialya what none of you have. He rebuilt their country, improved their land, and gave them hope where there was none….

While you sit here plotting over how to exploit it for yourselves, Raiden has already been accepted by it's people."

Angry voices rose again, but Arthur's next words caused the room to erupt into even greater turmoil. "And I as the King of Atlantis will back Raiden in his claim to Bialya."

The hall was up in a roar of protest, some countries pounding their fists on the table, others demanding to be heard. Arthur did not flinch, eyes fixed on that one spot as around him the row boiled on; But before the din could subside, another figure rose from the back, and the room fell silent. Queen Hippolyta of the Amazonians was on her feet, speaking in a clear, commanding voice to the assemblage.

"And so shall I as the Queen of Themyscira," she declared firmly "We from the Amazonians, support Raiden's claim."

The room had nothing but silence out of disbelief. No one could have predicted this. Two of the most powerful and mythical nations in the world, Atlantis and Themyscira, respectively, had just openly declared their allegiance to stand with Raiden. The looks on the representatives' faces spoke volumes, as they realized this was no longer an issue of a land grab.

Arthur's eyes swept through the assembly once more. "Raiden may not be a king to you all, but he's earned loyalty and respect from those that matter. And his strength and vision and action make him loud and clear, His claim shall be honored"

Queen Hippolyta appeared at his side. "Raiden has proved himself worthy. It is not enough that he defend Bialya he shall lead it into a future far greater than what you could ever offer. And the Amazons shall stand by his side."

The implication began to set in as the representatives digested the gravity of what had just been said. Raiden was no longer merely a 'Hero'. His claim to Bialya, with the backing of both Atlantis and Themyscira behind him, was more than just legitimate…..it was unchallengeable.

A ripple of acknowledgment spread through the chamber, and for the first time, the representatives of the world's nations began to see Raiden not as a threat, but as a force they couldn't afford to ignore.

But then

From the shadows of the United Nations Assmebly hall, Raiden emerged, his presence sending a chill through the assembly. He had been listening the entire time, silently observing the bickering, the greed, and the chaos that had consumed the meeting,

The representatives all watched him as they realized something, he had infiltrated such a secure and heavily guarded location without detection.

The representatives, still fuming from their heated arguments, turned their anger toward Raiden, shouting insults and objections. But Raiden remained calm, his eyes cold and piercing as he looked at each one of them. Then, in a low, almost whispering voice, he uttered a single word:

"Silence."

It was as if the air had been sucked from the room. Every representative, no matter their nation or stature, fell back into their seats, feeling the suffocating pressure of his mere words. The room fell deathly quiet as they realized that they had been hurling insults at the one the world now considered its strongest hero.

Raiden stood with pride, his gaze sweeping across the sea of faces. His demeanor was arrogant, but he carried it with an aura of complete authority….he had no shame in showing his superiority, nor did he fear any nation, any alliance, or any threat. His voice cut through the tense silence.

"You insult me, thinking you can dictate what happens to this world. But let me remind you—there is not a single nation on this planet that I fear. You could all unite against me, and still, I would make you kneel."

The leaders stared back, a mix of anger and fear in their eyes. Raiden's voice continued, the arrogance clear in every word. "Keep those seats warm for me," he spoke, his tone clearly mocking them "I will come for each and every one of you. Every corrupt nation, every evil regime, every system built on lies and oppression….I will come, and I will fix it. Be it, By charisma, by peace, or by force. To me, it is all a matter of time."

One of the braver representatives dared to stand as he shouted "You will bring doom upon yourself!" his voice trembling slightly.

Raiden's lips curled into a smirk as a condescending smile painted his face, and a dark chuckle escaped him. "Doom? From whom?" he asked, his voice clearly filled with amusement. "You forget, most of the world's arsenal has already been wasted trying to stop The Warworld. Oh? And how did that end By the way?" He paused, letting the memory sink in "One Singular attack...That's all it took from me."

The representative's face paled, but Raiden continued. "Your only hope now," he said, "is the Justice League. But…. most of them?" He let his words hang in the air, a cruel smile on his lips. "Most of them…. are already on my side. So tell me, what exactly do you think will stop me?"

No one dared respond. The room was suffused with an overwhelming sense of powerlessness.

Raiden stepped forward, Ignoring the podium as he started walking, displaying that he did not care about any of them, it was an absolute display of dominance

"This is not tyranny," he said, his voice shifting, as a hint of anger sipped through

"This is not dictatorship. It took me one day, just one Fucking day, to rebuild a nation the size of Bialya.

The world is not much larger,

How dare you stand there, and hang on those seats….When I'm presenting you with the opportunity to create a world of Peace! A world without borders or a world without corruption, a world without pain"

He paused, his gaze searing through the representatives with anger

"I am the world's collective

I carry within me the strength of all its heroes,

 the wisdom of its kings,

the knowledge of its scientists,

 the passion of its artists,

the cunning of its politicians.

I am all that this world could ever need!"

The room remained deathly silent as Raiden's voice dominated the assembly hall

"I claim this planet as my right. For it was the one to choose me!

And

I shall unite this world under one name. the Name of this glorious Kingdom ....Gaia"

The representatives sat in stunned silence, the weight of his declaration sinking into their bones.

"And as it's King," Raiden finished, his voice steady and unyielding

"Gaia will be forever safe."

The world had just witnessed its new ruler claim his throne.
