Raiden opened his eyes and found himself in a dark, yet oddly serene place. A soft blue aura surrounded him, providing a sense of calm. He could walk, talk, and observe, but the surroundings felt unfamiliar. As he moved forward, he noticed a figure in the distance. The closer he got, the more details he could make out—a beautiful face, almost angelic, with the grace of a model. Yet, something was off. Her face lacked the warmth of a living being, more like a doll than a person. He knew instantly she wasn't human.

"You are….Alaya?" Raiden said, locking eyes with her.

The robotic-looking girl turned to him, her expression blank. "Welcome, Raiden. Yes, it's me."

"Yeah, I know it's you. But where am I? What is this place though?" asked Raiden as he looked around

Alaya opened a screen in front of him, displaying an image of his mind. Or rather, a visualization of the system within it. "You're inside your mind, or to be more precise, within the system. This is a state invoked by your deep focus, meditation, and the system's intervention."

"So, this is like my mental space or something? Usually, I get this when I pass out, pretty sure I didn't pass out or anything this time, right?" Raiden replied, confusion lacing his tone.

"No, you didn't," Alaya confirmed. "The entity you're facing is so powerful that the system couldn't complete an analysis and provide you with the correct Servant. I apologize for that"

Raiden sighed. "It's not your fault, Alaya I can tell this opponent is something beyond what any of us could have predicted, Too powerful, I can only think of a few Servants that might defeat him, And even then…."

Before he could continue, Alaya cut him off. "Yes, but they would either destroy Earth or your surroundings, That's the dilemma I face, This is why I've decided to do something else. I've decided to relinquish my position as the system itself and hand it all over to you."

Raiden was taken aback. "What does that even mean?"

Alaya explained, "The system was never actually your power, Raiden. The power has always been within you, The throne has always been yours, The system merely regulated it, You've broken the system before by transforming twice, becoming Edmond Dantès, Not to mention when you forced an update when you were in danger, nearly killing yourself in the process, My duty has always been to grant you the right Servant at the right time, and usually, I succeeded. But there were occasions where I failed."

"I've never thought you failed me, Alaya" Raiden said comforting her

"From your perspective, it might seem that way," she spoke as she added "But let me give you some examples, The first Servant you ever transformed into was Berserker Heracles. It made sense because of your rage and need for strength. Later on, you transformed into others, but did you know I made a miscalculation during your first battle with Trigon? I gave you Medea because I thought you'd be fighting mages from the cult of blood, But when Trigon appeared, I realized my failure, I should have realized that it was not enough, I ended up forcing your body beyond its limits and summoning a grand servant early on, to save you"

Raiden sighed again. "It doesn't matter, you saved me anyways, You did what was necessary given the situation."

"I should have accounted for the situation changing," Alaya insisted, her voice tinged with guilt. She had always been Gaia's most faithful servant, and failing Gaia's chosen—failing Raiden—felt like a personal failure, she blamed herself for it harshly

"Alaya, listen to me," Raiden said firmly. "I've never blamed you for any of this. Your choices have saved me more times than I can count. Whether it was giving me Scáthach when I faced Ares or Hohenheim when I needed to stop Nabu, you've always had my back. I don't think I would have made better choices myself if Anything I would have just spammed Gilgamesh over and over again until the king Killed me for overworking him!"

Alaya smiled softly, relieved that Raiden didn't hold her responsible for any mistakes. "Well…That's the problem I'm facing now. Servants like Gilgamesh, Arjuna Alter, or Solomon could defeat the enemy, but their collateral damage would be catastrophic, Even using a reality marble wouldn't be enough, since the required force will destroy any reality marble you can create, and I know you'd never allow that. So instead of making the choice for you, I'm giving you the options. From now on, the full knowledge of the system will be in your brain. All the Servants in the Throne, their history, their abilities—it's all yours now, You've grown, Raiden. You've become someone who can stand among these Servants, even without their powers."

Raiden smiled, though it was tinged with concern. "It feels like more of a burden than a gift, to be honest."

"It is a burden," Alaya admitted. "You'll have to adapt. Something I never told you is that the Servants often demand to be transformed. Remember when I gave you Karna against Black Beetle? He asked for you, It wasn't because you needed him, but because he wanted to see the world through your eyes. Some of them even admire you. From now on, you'll need to manage that yourself."

Raiden sighed deeply. "It's like you've handed me your workload."

"Pretty much," Alaya replied with a smirk. "But I trust you can handle it."

Raiden nodded, focusing on the Servant list in his mind. Some could easily defeat Nyarlathotep, but the collateral damage would be immense, Servants like Grand Assassin Hassan could inflict the concept of death, but Nyarlathotep wasn't a being; he was a disaster, He couldn't be Killed in the conventional sense, since the world considers him a Natural disaster, it's like suggesting that you inflict the concept of death on a volcano or a hurricane, others, such as the dragon Vritra would bring destruction on a massive scale— creating millions of dragon that would eat the world quite literally, obviously unacceptable under the current circumstances

As Raiden scanned the list, one Servant stood out as a potential match, But choosing them would come with dire consequences

Alaya immediately reacted. "What are you doing? That's not a good choice."

Raiden turned to her, his expression resolute. "I have no other choice."

Alaya wasn't having it. "Yes, you do! Any other Servant would be better, this is death. You could die. You don't know what you're facing. You don't know what he is. We don't even know what kind of conceptual being you could be summoning!"

Raiden lowered his head before looking up, determination in his eyes. "All my other options lead to the destruction of Earth, the death of my friends, or this."

Alaya's voice trembled. "Raiden, you could die. Please…"

She thought of Gaia. Raiden was Gaia's chosen the planet's last hope. As Gaia's servant, Alaya felt this deeply. She had doubted Raiden at first, but he had proven her wrong time and again. But now, the choice he made could lead to his death, the entity he was about to summon was so powerful that he could erase not just Earth but the universe itself!

"I know this choice isn't perfect," Raiden said, "but I have to take it. I'll convince him. I know I can. If she could, why can't I? He helped her before; he can help me too."

Alaya realized she had no other option but to accept his decision. "Good luck, Raiden. You truly are the last hope for all of us."
