Lamont was giving a lecture.

Two adjacent seats below were empty.

"Today's lesson will be about..."

He raised his hand to cover his eyes.

Lamont thought he had gone blind.

Someone had concealed Inez from him.

Cyril looked at the teacher on the stage, not understanding why he suddenly stopped talking.

Lamont covered his eyes with his left hand and waved to the students with his right hand:

"Class dismissed."

Unlike before, Hewitt's concealment was quite gentle, and he wouldn't even know he was deceived if he hadn't seen it with his own eyes.

It was a clever trick.

But this time was different, not because he couldn't find Inez, but because someone had blackened a large area around her.

The feeling was like having one of his eyes gouged out.

He should be able to see everything in that place, but suddenly, his field of vision had been permanently reduced.

Lamont shook his head.
