Sitting opposite Jimmy was a mature woman in her thirties, with big golden curls.
Jimmy asked:
"Who are you exactly? How do you know all this?"
It was this woman who had tripped him when he had turned to walk into the alleyway, and then she had dragged him here.
The woman introduced herself:
"Call me Marlene, have you ever heard of demon hunters?"
Before Jimmy had a chance to respond, Marlene went on to explain:
"Demon hunters are those who hunt demons. Decades ago, when demons were not yet extinct, people venturing out of the cities would probably encounter vicious demons attacks.
"Though Ingris had the Knights and the Church Army had the Primordial Flame, they weren't always present, and demons were still a great threat to humans with comparable power.
